Every room is a delight of bespoke joinery and high quality fittings. Built in 1793 and in the centre of Gunnerside Village, this cottage is an ideal base to explore and enjoy all the Yorkshire Dales has to offer. The sound of the river welcomes you as you step though the front door, but all is tranquil inside.

Just a minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful market town of Hawes in the heart of Wensleydale. This traditional property has been internally modernised to comprise over three floors, ground floor with fully fitted kitchen, dining area, and living room with wood burning stove as well as underfloor heating, the first floor has a double bedroom and family bathroom with bath and separate shower. The second floor has the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower.

Spend a night in Hardraw, in the Yorkshire Dales. This wonderfully crafted shepherds hut is located on a working farm, with sheep, cattle, hens and pigs. Also, home to the local working sheepdog demonstration team. Located in a small village on the Pennine Way; the renowned Hardraw force, England's highest waterfall is a 5 minute stroll. The Green Dragon Inn is less than 5 minutes walk. The small market town of Hawes is a 20 minute walk, with plenty of shops and pubs.

My cottage is positioned on the edge of Burtersett, a tiny, tranquil village set away from the main road in the heart of Wensleydale. It has glorious, far-reaching views across the dale from the sitting room, sitting-out area and main bedroom. Just a 20-minute walk across gorgeous meadows to the town of Hawes and the Pennine Way, it is an ideal centre for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. There are walks in all directions from the cottage itself.

The House on the Hill sits close by St. Margaret's Church in Hawes, at the head of beautiful Wensleydale. This traditional, stone built cottage has been carefully modernised and provides attractive and comfortable accommodation. This is such a characterful property and is ideally located in the heart of Hawes. We are approximately 200 yards from the centre of Hawes and only 30 seconds walk to the nearest pub!

Jake's Place @ East Netherbar

Jake's Place is in the Dales National Park, less than a mile from the Pennine Way and the town of Hawes. Popular with walkers, cyclists and sightseers. There are many walks straight from the door. Plenty of pubs and cafes in Hawes and nearby Hardraw. The views are stunning and ideal for watching wildlife. You may be rewarded with a sighting of a red squirrel.
