Country walks start opposite the main entrance & within 1.5 miles you can find yourselves in our charming local pubs. We have an abundance of National Trust properties within easy reach, with the pretty towns of Rye and Hastings only 30 mins away. We are dog friendly and have wonderful walks close by. Outside is a fire pit with BBQ where you can enjoy the long summer evenings with a glass of wine and BBQ

Cowbeach Cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. It features a wealth of old oak beams and an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.
