Me and my fiancé had a great stay! This was our first time staying at a boathouse and we enjoyed every bit of it, very clean and the setup was nice

Had a fantastic time staying at the cabin. It was absolutely spotless, and the surrounding farm was absolutely gorgeous. We were greeted with the cutest little welcome basket full of locally made teas, honey, and sweet treats. Host was responsive and had detailed instructions for any questions we had. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and private retreat away. The little town Sneedville a couple minutes away has a cute coffee shop and ice cream parlor. Recommend downloading directions beforehand since cell service was spotty.

Second time staying here! Loved it just as much the second time around as we did the first. Great place to relax and let your dogs just be dogs! Loved it!

We had a great relaxing weekend away and unplugged to an extent. The view of the lake from the cabin is great, the area is secluded even though you kind of share with the tent campers a few hundred yards away. It was a tiny bit smaller than I was imagining but it was just what we wanted. My boyfriend would have a few minor suggestions to make it a little more convenient in some ways but overall it was great, the hosts were wonderful and made us feel right at home. We had a thunderstorm the last night we were there and it didn’t leak and held up to the winds and downpour! Thanks for a great getaway!

Beautiful place especially for people who like to get out on the lake or just sit and enjoy the view

Stayed as a family four, two year old and five year old, and found the house to be the perfect size for our family. All listed amenities were available and since we booked the property was updated to now include a beautiful new deck in the back of the house with a grill and traeger smoker. Both kids greatly enjoyed the playset and the fenced in yard gave us peace of mind with the kids running around. Would recommend staying here and Michael is a great host who is responsive to messages and provides clear check in/check out instructions.

Enjoyed our stay although we were at a horse show so left early, back late. Great to have the space for 8 of us to spread out and get some rest each night. Very helpful and responsive host.

Our family of 5, including 3 teenagers, had a lovely time at Alex’s home for spring break. The home was well maintained and had all the necessities needed. The location was perfect for us to unwind from our busy routines. Pleasing teenagers is one hard task but this house did the trick with fishing, paddle boards, and the hot tub. While there were enough bedrooms for each kid, they decided the bunk bed room was their favorite so they all stayed in there! Alex was very responsive to the questions we had during our stay. We would definitely consider coming back again!
