Puzzle Cottage Quirky Yorkshire Dales Cottage

A delightful stone-built cottage located in the village of Harmby, close to the popular Yorkshire towns of Leyburn and Middleham in the northern part of the Yorkshire Dales. Built in the 1600s, Puzzle Cottage is the oldest property in the village and is believed to have been the falconry for Bolton Castle. An unusual layout set out over three floors, the cottage has been sympathetically styled with a cosy cottage feel which adds to the immense character and charm of this historic old cottage.

Flying Yorkshireman railway carriage with Views

We have built this Pullman style railway carriage and sighted it over looking the old Nidd Valley railway line that runs through the farm. He’s 24ft by 9ft with shower, toilet, kitchen, heating... in fact everything you will need for a stay away. We have reclaimed many railway items including the four handles, luggage rack, lamps, signs and much more. He is authentic as he can be. Outside is a covered area overlooking wonderful Dales view, open topped wood fired hot tub, seating and table.

Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.

Poppy Cottage is a small cosy bungalow set in beautiful countryside with stunning views, hot tub spa included and 5 minutes drive from Masham Town in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It has a double bedroom, walk in shower room, living, dining and kitchen. There is a smart tv and fibre WiFi. Well behaved dogs are welcome. From the doorstep there are many countryside walks and not to far away is the bustling market town of Masham with the well known Black Sheep and Theakston Breweries

You’ll love Market view because it is spacious, well equipped and has a lovely atmosphere. There are a combination of small shops, offering art, clothing, and souvenirs. There is a great selection of hotels, pubs and tearooms. There is an excellent range of local food shops. Many scenic walks are on the doorstep. Babies welcome.

The cottage has a contemporary interior whilst still retaining the original beams and features making it a homely and comfortable place to stay. An ideal place to stay for families, couples or individuals who enjoy the fresh country air. On street parking is available at the front of the property. No smoking & no pets allowed.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!
