Everything here is new—from the deck and outdoor area to the thoughtfully designed interiors—offering a serene escape that feels both private and connected to nature. Contemporary studio with pool & breakfast

Enjoy a resort style stay in this newly built studio just 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby Rd restaurants. Separate from the main house with the use of a deep salt water pool (unheated). Featuring a king sized bed, mini fridge, lounge area, toaster (breakfast included inside your studio with toast, butter and jam and organic coffee and milk. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

The Stables Cottage - North West Auckland

The Stables is a quaint country rural cottage set amongst rolling green hills, this fully self contained rustic cottage is beautifully appointed and sleeps up to 4 adults or 2 couples in 2 bedrooms. The cottage sits in the gardens of the owners farmhouse yet you are in complete privacy of all, on this working beef farm. Its location is central to many wedding venues & vineyards and only 45 minutes from Auckland's CBD, making this a perfect location for wedding accomodation or a country escape.

A beautiful bathroom with a large tiled shower awaits after a long day adventuring, the rustic kitchenette and outdoor BBQ will let you feed your soul while you sit and enjoy the view! 10 mins from West City Mall and on one of the main routes to Piha, 30 mins to Piha Beach. Nestled between other farm buildings by still very private.

With a choice of vineyards, breweries, strawberry picking or walking the trails of the Riverhead Forest there is something for everyone. 15 mins drive to the beautiful black sand beach of Muriwai, famous for its gannet colony, surfing, golf course and stunning sunsets. Queen sized bed upstairs with a spiral staircase taking you downstairs to the living area with fireplace. Listen to native birdsong and the Swanson Stream bubbling along. Stunning scenery, spa/hot tub and sauna available to use along with a pool table in the main house. Nestled amongst native rainforest is this secluded getaway only 10 mins to the motorway and 20 mins to Bethells Beach.

Light and modern self-contained studio, own bathroom, kitchenette and living area. Off street parking and own private entrance. Kitchenette has air fryer, toaster, microwave. Walk down end of drive to view Kaipara River. 2 Minute drive to Parakai Mineral Pools and Helensville village, or 10 minute walk to Helensville river walkway to local cafe's or supermarket. Short drive to Muriwai Beach and South Head walking tracks and lakes. Trolley bed for extra adult available, $20 night.

Laundry amenities at main house and secure on-site car parking. Close to village, semi-rural with sheep on the boundary fence. Must be dog-friendly (2x friendly, pet dogs on-site).
