Dedicated outdoor space offers parking and alfresco dining. The village shop and pub are a short walk. Porthleven, with excellent harbour-side restaurants, is a 5 minute drive. Breage is perfectly placed for exploring the south and north coasts. Incredible local beaches at Rinsey Cove and Praa Sands are only moments away.

Helston is well placed for visiting popular beaches in south west Cornwall. The annex is attached to our home but with it's own separate entrance and parking. The space is newly renovated and is light and bright with the added addition of a lantern light to gaze at the stars at night. Perfect for exploring the delights of Cornwall.

Mazal Studio is a self contained annex, with a double bedroom with shower, separate WC and basin and a basic kitchen/utility room. Although there are no facilities to cook as such there is a small microwave oven and fridge for your convenience, you are more than welcome to bring food in. We are situated a short distance from Helston town centre and are very close to Coronation Park and the Boating Lake. Lidl is a 2 minute walk away, as is the beautiful Penrose walk down to Loe Bar.
