We had a wonderful stay at this very cute, charming, and peaceful cabin nestled in the heart of Idyllwild. The location was perfect — just a short walk to town, yet it still felt tucked away and off the grid, offering plenty of peace and quiet. The cabin was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, with all the comforts we needed for a relaxing mountain getaway. We especially loved how close it was to some of the best hiking trails in the area, making it easy to explore the outdoors without much driving. Whether you're looking to unwind or adventure, this cabin strikes the perfect balance. We would absolutely book again!

My family and I decided to stay in Lake Arrowhead for a last minute weekend trip and absolutely loved Jason’s home! It was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing hot tub! I highly recommend!

Perfect stay for a tranquil trip to Idyllwild. Less than 10 min away from town, quiet but not too off the grid. Comfy and cozy with every amenity we needed. Our pups enjoyed the fenced in yard. Janet was extremely accommodating, would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time for a multi-generational family weekend away with the dogs as well! The space is charming and cozy. HELPFUL INFO: Dogs are welcome, but the host (reasonably) asks in the check in email that you not leave them alone in the house. This is understandable, but also helpful to know in advance so you can plan your activities in Idyllwild! Many restaurants In town welcome dogs, but the weather may not accommodate outdoor dining.

My son and I have been visiting Idyllwild a few times a year since he was a young teen. We've stayed all over town, and we like Astrid's best so far. We came this time to lock ourselves in for the weekend of Alien Day (iykyk) to watch all of the movies. I chose this place because of the living room and TVs, and my son loved bringing his vinyl to spin. It was perfect for our niche trip. The photos don't do the place justice. It's cozy and interesting and filled with cool little details in each space. All of the instructions are clear, and Astrid is beyond helpful when answering ridiculous little questions. From the windows we saw deer families, chonky squirrels, and a very proud blue jay. At dusk, we heard the adorable clicks and commotion of resident bats. Astrid's place is perfect for families, couples, grown siblings. It's got great common areas and private rooms. A fantastic place that we will stay in again as soon as we have a chance.

A wonderful and welcoming place! We felt right at home and everything was clean and comfortable. Town was only a few minutes walk so the location is excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Suzanne was fantastic! She was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. She checked on us to make sure everything was okay. Excellent host!

We loved the place, were only there for a night but my kids loved it and it was a great time !

We had a wonderful stay at Peaceful Pines! The cozy cabin was perfect for us and our two dogs. The backyard is a huge blessing and allowed us to have some time together without our pups. Jay is a kind person and welcomed us when we arrived. We are hoping to make this an annual trip! Thank you Jay 🐾

This place was a hidden treasure. We felt like we were staying in a tree house. Very beautiful surroundings, up in the trees. We had everything we needed in the house including many games to play and the host left us a bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful gesture. Would highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy hiking, going into Idyllwild, or just relaxing amongst the trees.

Sandra’s place is amazing. It’s perfectly located giving you easy access to town as well as multiple trails for hiking. The hot tub is great, fireplace is easy to use…. The place is perfect. She’s also thought of everything. From leaving flashlights, head lamps, dog poop bags, lint rollers… anything you need, it’s there. I highly recommend staying with Sandra!

Lisa and Ryan were excellent hosts! A cozy and beautiful home in the mountains. The area was peaceful and it offered a nice view.

We had a beautiful experience at this house. No issues at all.

Communication was clear, and Elena was always responsive. The home is beautiful and clean. The kitchen has all the amenities for a good morning coffee, or an eat-in dinner. Home temperature is easily controlled. The heated floors in the bathroom is a luxury touch. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us.

We had a wonderful time at this amazing cabin. The location was close to town. The home was beautiful, clean, cozy, and updated. We had 4 young children in the house, it was a perfect space for play and family time. We enjoyed the large deck to enjoy the lovely surroundings. We saw lots of wildlife including a beautiful hawk stretching in the early morning and a family of deer walking past! If you are trading with family, it is a great place to get away!

What a beautiful and peaceful home! We had the most relaxing week surrounded by nature and peace. Slow mornings on the sunny patio, bird watching, and beautiful walks. The WiFi is extremely fast and reliable. Highly recommend for anybody who has to be on nonstop video calls. This little cabin was like cream for our souls.

This stay at Christopher's home was a wonderful getaway from everyday life, it was nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and comforter kept me very warm at night, which is such a plus being in an area with winds and cold breezes. I really appreciated the setup of the kitchen and the sleeping area! There was many hiking trails in the area, which I unfortunately couldn't get to, but it looked perfect for an outdoor adventure with friends, family or fur children. The home goes off into a dirt and bumpy road, I would highly suggest to bring a vehicle that can withstand these types of terrain. The manual/guide sent over for the booking gives a complete layout on what to expect, which was very helpful. Including the part that there is no wifi and connection may waver based on phone carrier. This entire breakdown helped me prepare for this trip and made the stay much smoother.

The lot of land was perfect for snow play, and because of the proximity to the stream, we would love to come back and visit in spring/ summer.
