We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

The property has an open plan, bright, Scandinavian feel & has undergone a full refurb, and re-modeling which was completed at the start of 2019. *New blackout blinds fitted in 2021* The house is situated a ten minute walk into Stratford upon Avon town centre and just five minutes walk from Holy Trinity Church. Due to extra cleaning measures due to COVID we have amended check in time from 4pm & checkout at 10am. We hope to review this as soon as restrictions allow.

Set in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside Oak Farm Stables has recently been updated to provide superb self contained living accommodation within open tranquil countryside. 4 miles from Warwick, 14 miles from Stratford upon Avon and 14 miles from Birmingham Airport and the NEC. We are situated 4 miles from Warwick Parkway station and 6 miles from the M40 motorway. Bill & Hazel are always on hand to help and advise if needed.
