The cabin is not insulated, but has electricity with access to outdoor bathrooms and an outdoor open air shower. You will need to bring food and drinking water. Enjoy being easy walking distance to St. Lawrence University and main street. The efficiency apartment has a full kitchen and cozy combined bedroom and seating room with a view over the deck and backyard where a BBQ is available. The entrance from the deck is private and separate from the main house where I live with two quiet dogs on a friendly street. The apartment is 20 m walking/5 m driving to SUNY Canton and 15 m driving to Potsdam. There are also trails and two golf courses nearby.

Welcome to Cedar Ridge Farm, our 250-year-old farmhouse on 150 acres in Pierrepont, NY. We are conveniently located between Canton and Potsdam NY, and just outside the Adirondack Park. Whether travelling for business or pleasure, you will certainly enjoy the quiet countryside of our farm. We are SO excited with the complete kitchen/laundry room/bathroom remodel that was completed in June 2020. All appliances are new and the cabinets were custom made by a talented local carpenter.

The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

A private entrance to apartment on 2nd fl. (above a garage). Comfortable for up to 4 people; clean & well-maintained with all the needed amenities; makes for an easy stay. The space is dog friendly (prior approval required). Outdoor yard space on property is limited use (weather permitting). Also a quick walk to SLU campus & downtown Canton or trek across town to SUNY Canton.

The Coop at LFF is a small and cozy cottage that sits on our 220 acre certified organic farm. It has a small kitchen and living area, bedroom and full bath. There is Roku TV and Free WIFI. Enjoy hiking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing the trails around our farm. Relax in the rocking chairs on the porch as you enjoy your morning coffee or stargaze at night.
