This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Come relax in our family and pet friendly house. Fully fenced private yard and the front yard faces a beautiful neighborhood park. Large trees behind the house give the home the perfect amount of privacy. Lots of parking.
