Named after the smallest of North American falcons, which nest in nearby trees, "Kestrel's Perch" was reimagined - from the bottom up - in the spirit of a comfortable mid-century hilltop retreat, emphasizing the property's spectacular views of the Valley, private setting, fully fenced yard and access to surrounding amenities of northwest Boise. The 1000 sq ft home features a large master bedroom, 2nd bedroom (well-suited as office), well-lit kitchen/living room and italian-tiled bathroom.

Close to the Village and easy access to downtown. Next door is the elementary school with a big playground. Garage not available for use, but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and gravel pad.

Authentic studio apartment located on Ellis Longhorn Ranch. Beautiful 800+ square ft loft with view of performance horses and longhorn cattle from calves to horns over 7 ft wide. Conveniently across from Stone Crossing Event Center. Also at the base of the hill heading North to Idaho adventures and just 20 minutes from beautiful downtown Boise. We are a hunting family so enjoy Taxidermy of everything from Kudu, Water Buck, Elk and Deer. We look forward to hosting you.

Eclectic decor that makes you feel right at home with an outside private sitting area. Uber or Lyft will only cost you a few dollars to safely get downtown for the breweries and amazing restaurants. April and Gary live in the main house and help host the airbnb.
