The cottage is perfect for 2 people and a dog. It’s in a great location that is walking distance to downtown. And there’s a great coffee and ice cream place at the end of the block. I would definitely recommend the cottage.

Lovely accommodations and gorgeous location with ample privacy. Looking out to the mountains across from the home reminded me of the Amalfi Coast with all the houses lit up at night. Magical!

Place was exactly as advertised and host helped with recommendations, and was responsive to any questions / issues. Lovely place to stay near several great hikes!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and just in the perfect spot to be if you’re wanting to travel to Sylva or Cherokee. Within comfortable distances between towns, yet a quaint and quiet space. Katherine was very helpful with keeping me in check on the weather, places to go, and things to do.

James had a nice and cozy cabin for me and my family to say the kitchen was well stocked of everything you needed to cook basic meals and the view was nice and quiet. Next time I’m in town I’ll be back! Thank you James for being a great host!

Our family loved this house and our stay! We love Maggie Valley and visit at least once a year. This time we wanted something in town instead of on a mountain since our adult children were driving in and meeting us. This place was perfect. All the kiddos (adult and littles) loved the hot tub and fire pit. The dogs loved the back yard and being able to run around without a leash. The house was very clean and had a little bit of everything you would need. We all had a lot of laughs playing all the board games and was perfect for our night in before heading home the next morning. Samantha was very response and helpful when/if we had any questions. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

I can’t express how nice this cabin is, it’s beautiful. Very nice decor and comfortable beds & furniture. The upstairs loft is so cozy! The deck was spacious and well maintained, the views of the mountains from the covered porch were pretty. Parking is easygoing, no steep driveway. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming! This cabin is not far from the main highway, makes travel easy to navigate the area and explore. The cabin is a few minutes drive from WCU, which is very convenient for anyone in town visiting their college kid. I enjoyed my stay, and I recommend this place a 100%.

A last minute stay in Lake Toxaway was made perfect with Patrick’s space. My husband, dog and I felt right at home. We made lots of tea and enjoyed mornings and evenings on the deck when we weren’t hiking to waterfalls nearby. Beds were cozy, the space was so clean, and little touches made everything just right. We even grilled out on the porch our last evening in town. Highly recommend this spot!

We absolutely loved The Hobbit House and wanted for nothing while there! Our host, Donna, provided fantastic and helpful information about the house and surrounding area (restaurants, things to do, etc.). The house was lovely, charming, and had everything that we needed to be completely comfortable while there. It is conveniently located yet also private. We would definitely stay here again!

Melanie's cottage is wonderful! She was very accommodating and responsive as well. We really felt right at home - the cottage is so comfortable with everything you need, and the grounds absolutely gorgeous. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, this is it! The tranquility of the creek both day and night, the nature, birds and fishing is fantastic. Twin falls is just a skip from the property plus Lake Jacossee is not a far drive. I can't imagine anyone not loving the cottage and surrounding area, we definitely plan on coming back!

We were in town to tour a wedding venue which was very conveniently located about 5 minutes down the street. Cameron was super flexible and communicative, which we appreciated. Perfect for what we needed!

Cat Gap Cabin was perfect for a quick getaway. Located in a quiet mountain setting, just an easy 20 minute drive to downtown Clayton. Tanya provided a wonderful welcome bag filled with information on the local area, snacks for your day trips/hiking and even something for our dog Ranger. It was very thoughtful. The fenced backyard and the secure wrap around porch were such a wonderful feature - our dog was able to free roam safely the entire stay at the cabin. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly return in the future.

Had another great stay at Mary's. It's private with great surroundings and well suited for a several people with four bedrooms.

The views from the wrap around porch are breathtaking. Just wish we had been able to enjoy them longer. The inside is spacious and well appointed and very clean.

This place is beyond amazing. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the peace, is indescribable. The bed was one of the nicest beds I've stayed in. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that everything is part of the beautiful experience. Highly recommended! Make sure your vehicle has all-wheel drive or 4x4 to go up the dirt road, it's actually fun to get up there. You will not be disappointed staying at this place!

Ronnie’s place was a great little getaway for Easter weekend. 2 minute drive to downtown Clayton for shopping and dining. Will definitely book this place if we ever venture back!

We absolutely were happy with the house. Everything was clean and fresh. The location was close to Cashiers and easy to go back and forth. The only problem was our fault for not printing maps and directions to take with us.

Brenda’s place was perfect for our family. The caboose was an added bonus as we brought our grandson to the polar express for the first time. The location was wonderful- we walked to town which was so convenient. Bryson City looks like a little Hallmark movie set. The rental was clean and even had some snacks and water. So helpful. This was an amazing trip with memories made with our little family. Highly recommend!

Indian creek is exactly as advertised and couldn’t be more beautiful. Our boys played in the creek, we picked blackberries, and found everything very tidy and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful week at Carrie’s cottage! The personal touches were a nice detail. From the fresh eggs and flowers to the personal note and snacks, everything was great! Loved watching the cows graze and listening to the creek. Carrie was super responsive to questions, and when we had an issue come up, she came to our rescue immediately. We would definitely stay here again!
