The 2 unit Townhouse sits on 5.14 acres of land and was recently remodeled. One unit we rent-out; the second unit we live in with our family We are located: 20 minutes from Condord NH, 30 minutes from Manchester NH 40 minutes from Manchester airport and 10 minutes from New England college in Henniker NH. The nearby pond is 0.5 mile. away where you can canoe, kayak, and fish. The suite is located in the unit that we rent out through the Airbnb. It is newly constructed with a fresh decor.

Bright airy room on the second floor with attached full bath. We are two miles from the fair grounds and close to Bear Brook State Park. One hour to the mountains, ocean or Boston. The property has many quiet spots for relaxing, such as a screened porch, pool, patio area, and hot tub. There are over 40 acres of field and woods for walking; artists welcome. You must be fully vaccinated to stay with us. No exceptions.
