Off-the-grid stone cottage in the Little Karoo

Off grid cottage set in the heart of the Little Karoo within the Touwsberg Nature and Game Reserve. The reserve is well known for it's biodiverse fauna and flora and stunning scenery. Located off Route 62, midway between Barrydale and Ladismith, accessible with an average car/sedan, that has at least 17cm off ground clearance. The Cottage is well equipped, with indoor fireplace, cosy and completely private - the perfect Winter stay. Note: cell/3G reception requires a 2 minute walk; no wifi.

Located on the verge of town, you will find The Orchard Cottage, a tranquil self-catering cottage with onsite secure parking and a private entrance. The solar-powered cottage offers a queen-size bed, small single bed; en-suite bathroom with a shower and kitchenette with a microwave, induction plate and Nespresso machine and wifi. The veranda with build-in braai allows for an authentic Karoo experience and the ideal opportunity to appreciate the spectacular night sky.

Escape and relax in this tranquil hidden gem in the Klein Karoo. Down the gravel road, past the Homestead, across the paddock over the bridge, ascending the hill and up the stairs to reach your private sanctuary in the mountains. The total cost per night for your stay is R950. Wifi available. This hideaway is perfect for cyclists and mountain bikers. A sense of adventure and humour would be beneficial as you will be staying on a farm in the Klein Karoo

3 Queen Street is a stand-alone property. The house and its facilities are for the private and exclusive use of guests. The house is not shared with other guests or the host. Guests who book the house will have the whole house to themselves for the amount of persons booked. Everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible is included.

Beautiful & comfortable heritage cottage in the historic town of Prince Albert. Quiet and peaceful surrounds, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Large garden full of fruit trees and birds. Please note that most of our guests who book for one night regret not staying longer, so we do recommend longer stays if you have the time!
