All of this is within a 40 minute drive to Savannah, located just 9 miles off I-95, exit 67 south or exit 58 traveling north. Pets welcome!

Private Cottage Treehouse Among Giant Live Oaks

Welcome to your very own island cottage treehouse - all new construction with a beach community theme, laced with Southern charm. To reach your 600 sq/ft studio cottage, use the private entrance to access the stairway. Along with a full bath and a convenient kitchenette, you are welcomed to a large open living space with double sliding glass doors that lead you to your own 180 sq/ft private balcony nestled among the live oaks. All guest bookings w favorable prior history will be considered.

Tiny Turtle is perfect for a couple or small family with one child. Tiny Turtle is a cozy place to spend your nights after exploring the Islands. You will love the beach and nautical décor. It has one bedroom that can only be accessed up a spiral staircase, kitchenette and private bath. Start your island adventure with beach bikes, beach chairs, wagon & umbrella all included! Tiny Turtle was designed to have an interior similar to a light house quarters! It truly is a special little place.

The River House escape

Cozy house that has modern new kitchen and baths and lots of living space. Comfortable beds and great views. Rivers and marsh as far as you can see. Walk down dock and get into your boat. Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.

2 blocks from the water and everything that makes down town Darien so special, Skipper’s waterfront seafood dining, Waterfront wine and Gormet, The Shanty for breakfast and coffee, Skippers Fish camp for waterfront dining. Take a boat tour with Georgia Tidewater Outfitters. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Bring your boat, the DARIEN BOAT RAMP IS 3 blocks away. Sapelo island is a 30 minute boat ride away. I/95 is less than 2 miles away for a quick overnight stay!

Fern Dock River Cottage

Ideal for couples, business and adventure travelers to relax in a "private" cottage on a bluff. Safe parking for vehicles. Tie a boat at the dock. Write or read a book, fish, watch birds, lay in a hammock or do some crabbing. Dine and visit historical and recreational areas. Steps lead down and up a private entry door of the cottage. Stay a week! (About 20 minutes to St. Simons Island and 40 to Jekyll Island beaches). Close to I-95 & Hwy 17. (A smoke-free and pet free cottage)

Stylish Luxury Marsh Retreat on Deep Water Creek

Tabby on Hudson Creek is a cozy modern cottage with all the style and amenities your family will need to make memories on the marsh. Located in between Savannah and St. Simons Island, the location is the perfect quiet retreat after a day of shopping, dining and beach hopping. Catch crabs or Kayak on the coastal waterways from your own private dock, or cozy up with a book in our gorgeously designed home. Who knows, you may even make friends with a river dolphin or manatee if you’re lucky!

Lighthouse Cottage

When visiting Darien, Lighthouse Cottage is a great choice. It is walking/bicycling distance from Downtown, Fort King George, Historic square, Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge (Great for wildlife photography) Parks and Waterfront also Restaurants and Shops. You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. Perfect cottage for you and a companion.

Painted Bunting Cottage-Sapelo Island Birdhouses

Visit a pristine, undeveloped barrier island just south of Savannah, where you'll find history - both Gullah-Geechee and Native American. Where Sweetgrass baskets are still hand-crafted and you can visit Indian mounds which pre-date the pyramids in Egypt. Enjoy 7 miles of pristine beach where you'll be one of a very, very few on the beach. This cottage is great for a couple celebrating a special occassion... just the two of you can run away to this perfect hideaway.

Frog Hammock

This is a comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood graced with Spanish Moss draped Live Oaks. It is walking/ bicycling distance from downtown Darien, historic squares, parks, and waterfront as well as shops and restaurants. Kayak and bike rentals are available close by. The home is one hour south of Savannah and 30 minutes to the lovely beaches of Jekyll and Sapelo Islands. This area is certainly a birder's paradise!

Coastal Cottage

Coastal Cottage is less than a mile from the Jekyll And Saint Simon's Island causeways and Historic Downtown Brunswick. Savannah and Jacksonville and their airports are an easy hour away. Come love what we love about our adopted hometown! We are pet lovers! So your pets are welcome. There is a $25 one time pet fee per pet to help cover the cost of the extra cleaning needed when our furry guests check out.

The Green Door | your treehouse 2mi from the beach

The green door is a newly built studio apartment, in the heart of SSI, a bike ride away from the beach and walking distance from bars and restaurants in nearby Redfern Village. Modern furnishing, fluffy bedding and lofted ceilings meet plenty of natural light in this cozy and peaceful space. With tree canopy views at every window, it is like staying in the most comfy -air conditioned- treehouse !
