Beautiful Beachfront Lodging: Captain's Suite

Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Sea Suite on the Homer Spit

Sea Suite has two bedrooms with a 180 degree view of Kachemak Bay on the Homer Spit. The suite is located on a boardwalk where the waves roll underneath you on the high tide. From the deck, you can watch seals & sea otters play and other critters swim by. The suite has a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, hotplate, coffee maker, and tea kettle. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. The Homer Shores Boardwalk is home to a candy shop, ice cream shop, restaurants, gift shops and more.

Historic 4BR Bungalow: Walkable w/ Fire Pit & Deck

Stay in the heart of downtown Homer on a sunny half-acre with a gas fire pit and mural deck made for sunset hangs. This historic 4-bedroom bungalow sleeps 8 and feels surprisingly spacious, with spotless interiors, ultra-comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. Guests love the fast Wi-Fi and cozy work nook, and it’s only a 3–5 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, Pratt Museum, and Bishop’s Beach, with the Homer Spit just 10 minutes away. Wildlife often visits the yard, adding true Alaska magic.

Pirlo East: Quaint Cabin near Bishop’s Beach

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located dog friendly cabin. There are two cabins on the property, Nanook East and Pirlo West. Located in the heart of old town, close to restaurants and only a brief walk to Bishop’s beach. Each cozy cabin has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable! The cabin has been recently renovated with a new king sized bed and a pullout couch that fashions into a full sized bed. The couch is most suitable for children. So many adventures to await!
