What a unique and wonderful place to experience the splendor of Kachemak Bay!

My girlfriend and I had an awesome stay at the chalet on the bluffs! The chalet was super clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful stay.

My husband and I normally car camp when we come to Homer, but we decided to do a last minute long weekend and wanted to stay inside this time. Candice’s place was so cute and in the perfect location for all the things we did. Great view of the ocean from the apartment. We had an amazing time and will definitely book again.

Such a beautiful place & so close to the beach and the slough for birdwatching. Amazing new deck to relax on in the sun! You can hear the Sandhill Cranes. Super comfortable bed and great lighting with a brand new interior. Coffee maker grinds coffee beans and brews. New appliances and wonderful hosting! Chris gave excellent directions and was very responsive. Can’t wait to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful from the living room and the location was an easy walk to a couple nice restaurants and down to the water. The layout of the home worked for our family of 4 adults. Miguel was very responsive and helpful when we had a question. We would stay again.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. This Airbnb is an excellent option for a stay in Homer. The location is excellent and some good restaurants in the heart of Homer are within walking distance. Although, the Sterling Hwy is in front of the property, road traffic is not a disturbance at all. Sheila’s cabin is well equipped with everything one would need for a short or a long stay. The picture reflect exactly what one will find. We can recommend this lovely Airbnb and we will certainly come back.

Beautiful home for our family with two babies. It was very comfy and free of clutter for the little ones. The host was very friendly. The house had everything you could need. One thing though is that if you need to use the hose, the host needs to turn it on manually.

Location was amazing!! We were able to easily walk to the restaurants, bars, and the water taxi. This is a perfect jumping off spot for adventures in nature, or a night out. We loved our stay!

Absolutely breathtaking location overlooking Cook Inlet and massive volcanic peaks. Everything you could hope for and more in an AK accommodation. Highly recommended.

Wow, what an incredible trip! I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I visited, but Stella was the nicest host ever. She gave me a wonderful tour of the Homestead, and I even got to explore her childhood home. For fans of the show, I had the amazing luck of meeting Otto—such a fluke, but I’m super thankful! If you enjoy the show or the Homestead life, this is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back next year!

Kevin’s place was a charm. My family and I needed a getaway and it was perfect with a beautiful scenic cabin, lawn, and amenities. My boys got to make s’mores and watch the sunset with us. I couldn’t have asked for more than this cute place!

Jane’s B&B is the best! The cabin is in a beautiful location overlooking Kachemak Bay, Alaska! It’s peaceful and totally relaxing and most of all Jane is an excellent host! I will always remember my stay there and will be back!

The experience starts with a very unique well thought out home. Off the grid, yet fully equipped. Small, yet comfortable and welcoming. The location is as good as it gets, when we did nothing, we were charging our bodies and minds.. Activities starts with kayaking the calm water, with several destinations to explore. Chris and Marja are incredible hosts and Eagles Nest, absolutely magical! Surrounded by water, a short walk to picturesque Halibut Cove, and a kayak and hike to Gerwingk Glacier, its location and charm is second to none. Every detail was considered and we felt at home as soon as we arrived!

Fantastic property - hard to leave but we’ll be back. We’ve stayed in Airbnb’s all over the world and this is truly special. So much beauty and the property is gorgeous without being over the top. We feel like we really experienced Alaska in an authentic and non-touristy way. The Tidepool Cabin is fantastic. Beautiful views in every direction and so eclectic. Kristi, Julian, Tomas and Elliott were perfect hosts and went above and beyond to accommodate. The kayaking was spectacular and daily interaction with sea otters and eagles was incredible. Thank you Kristi for a most excellent adventure!!!!!!!

Our family of 5 and an infant stayed and enjoyed every minute. House is beautiful, view is absolutely stunning, there is a lot to do on the premises and in surrounding area. We spent a lot of time walking beaches and boardwalks of spit area, incredible hiking using the water taxi, caught a lot of fish, and crossed many items off of our list. Even though we didn’t use fire pit, it looks awesome. Home is clean and very well stocked. Connie was great to work with - highly recommend!!

House was great and an absolutely amazing view!! We had a very strong gas smell when we first opened the door and soon discovered the stove was left on. Connie was helpful and responsive and we got the place all aired out. After that, it was a fantastic experience!

This house on the slough is so fun to stay at. Pretty special place in Seldovia!
