I had to cancel the reservation last minute due to unforseen circumstances. Jessica was very courteous in accommodating me and issuing a refund.

This place is in walking distance of anything you would want to do on Waikiki. We walked to restaurants, the beach, sunset cruises, shopping - everything. We had a car but it spent a lot of time parked. Parking is $33/day with in/out access anytime. Very easy and close. We enjoyed our stay in this location and having a kitchen gave us flexibility to cook instead of pay for every meal. The problem is you can just never get everything in to every day that you would like before the vacation ends.

Location - location - location! Great location and patio, and this is why we chose this condo. There are so many food trucks and Target is 2 blocks away! Deborah- was great at communicating before and after our visit, we never needed anything while we were there. Extra perk, there is an extra community room on the rooftop if you need to depart later than checkout.

Beautiful home a block from Waikiki Beach (Kuhio, so excellent for kids). Amazing views of the paradisiacal ocean, easy access to everything in Waikiki (loads of great restaurants and shopping in addition to beach). Jeanne was a great host, very proactive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Exceptional stay. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with an unbeatable ocean view from the balcony—perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-downs. It truly felt like a home away from home. Jeanne was professional, responsive, and thoughtful with her local recommendations, steering us toward great restaurants and hidden gems off the tourist track. The beach is just a two-minute walk, which made everything incredibly convenient. Highly recommend this property—I’ll absolutely be returning.

We loved our stay. The condo is right across from the beach, in the middle of tons of restaurants and shops. There’s also 24 hour security, which made us feel much more comfortable. Everything was clean, and the host was very responsive! She was even kind enough to extend our check out time to way later in the night!

This was our second stay at this beautiful property, and again it lived up to our expectations! The home is clean and well appointed with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The pool/hot tub/patio, complete with a covered pool bar with flat screen tv, refrigerator, dishwasher and half bath make outdoor living so easy and comfortable. Seeing the sea turtles resting in the inlet and the ocean views are the icing on the cake! We had one issue come up and Deani was on it immediately and resolved it quickly and to our satisfaction. We cannot wait to return!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Timothy. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft im Grünen. Die vielen Fenster machen das Zimmer freundlich und hell, der große Schrank ist sehr praktisch. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen von Timothy und seiner Frau. Leider hatten wir nur wenige Tage, wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

Laura was great. Very responsive and helpful with tips and ideas. Friendly and the location is centrally located in Princeville and close to Hanalei. We will be back!

**Review for Kerstan's Airbnb in Hawaii** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Kerstan & Jerelle’s place in Hawaii was absolutely fantastic! The photos were spot on, and the space was not only clean but also perfectly suited for our family. We had a blast using the pool table, hot tub, and playing various games, which led to countless laughs and cherished memories. Kerstan and Kat were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to assist with any questions we had, making our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway in Hawaii. We would love to stay here again in the future! This house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of space to hang out with family. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well appointed. We felt safe because we were in a gated neighborhood. The washer and dryer were fantastic as well. The only thing that was bothersome, but not a dealbreaker, was the amount of flies. if we kept everything clean, it lessened the fly issue. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We look forward to staying again.

This house was great for our girls trip. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The dining area was perfect for 4 people. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were nicely decorated.

Great location, lots of room well equipped kitchen but not new furnishing. Everything was more than adequate but not updated. Loved the massage chair though!

The house was very clean and well equipped! The house even had beach chairs and umbrellas along with beach towels. Neighborhood is very quiet and private with a gated entrance and lots of walkable paths. Our family of 9 fit perfectly in the house and enjoyed the large patio area. I would highly recommend!

We absolutely adored this Airbnb. The views were as amazing as advertised, the kitchen was well stocked, and I want to reiterate how quiet it was. I think the whole building must be made very well because we hardly heard a peep, including the upstairs neighbors! Internet was fast enough for work video calls. Parking was super convient. Didn't really have too wait too long for the elevators either. Would definitely rent again.

The Ocean Blue View was the perfect Kauai stay. A mix of local condo stay, and resort feel and amenities. The condo itself is gorgeous w/thoughtfully curated decor & style that provides a relaxing & updated atmosphere. Watching the waves of the ocean from the large lanai with a large and beautiful tree providing shade was magical. In addition, you can see the pond, lush greenery & tropical flowers, and at night, the tiki lights strewn about the grounds, all from the same lanai. Just wow. The bed was comfortable, room peaceful, bathroom well lit and a full-body mirror. The bedroom might seem a bit warm at first, but turn on the ceiling fan & climb in bed, within 5 minutes you’ll feel cooled down. The only downside we faced is us not knowing how to work the tv or Netflix in the middle of the night, but that could have been more of a user error situation lol A major bonus was having beach chairs, umbrella,& boogie board; my new husband was thrilled after thinking we’d have to rent some!

Enjoyed our second time staying at this place and will plan to stay again in the future!! Love the proximity to all places, clean condo and all the beach accessories (umbrella, chairs, boogie board, and snorkels). The owner was very thoughtful and accommodating.

Our family had a lovely time at Kate's condo. It was simply and tastefully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It even has an ocean view from the lanai. Kate was very communicative and made sure the hotel staff knew we would be arriving after regular check-in hours. Highly recommend!

Jennifer was very helpful and the information she left handy helped round out our itinerary. The condo was very comfortable and quiet. We had a beautiful view and I just loved sitting in the balcony in the morning and drinking a cup of tea before our adventures of the day. The fact that we had access to the resort next store and an easy walk to the beach all added bonuses. I almost forgot the washer and drier were wonderful to use.

Very cozy unit, loved our stay! The kitchen stove and fridge are on the older side but they are functional and sufficient. The unit is located close to the elevators, laundry room and rubbish room - which we appreciated a lot! The lanai was massive (Ilikai is known to have big lanais), the unit itself is very comfortable. The bed and couch are very comfy too! We loved our stay so much that we decided to extend an extra day, which was accommodated quickly. I would recommend booking with Alohana! Five stars!!!

This place was in a very good location with Waikīkī beach within a block away. We loved the provided beach chairs and boogie board as we didn’t have to purchase any. Checking in was pretty easy although the front desk did not have any keys to open the garage as all of them had been given out and they didn’t have anymore. So we had to check back with them the next day around check out and they had one to give to us. The only thing was that the parking garage was very small and crowded, and our rental car ended up getting dinged by another car so just be careful. We throughly enjoyed the room and provided amenities and the hotel was even getting new paint in the lobby during our stay.

Stayed here with a family of five, including three kids under 12. Everything was exactly as described. Made some great memories and really enjoyed the property. Lots of nice little things were included like a full size Hawaiian shampoo and conditioner for each bathroom and a couple sample coffee packets for the first couple mornings to enjoy amazing, local Kauai coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed and accessing hideaways beach was a breeze. The water is a bit rough in the winter, but still managed to get some great snorkeling in. The only thing I couldn’t figure out were the TV sets but that’s ok because we didn’t go to Hawai’i to watch TV!
