Well behaved dog welcome at an extra charge of £20 to cover additional cleaning. Large kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower, lounge and upstairs double bedroom (kingsize bed). The Studio; self contained guest house with garden

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.
