Wonderful place to stay. Central for everything in Hebden Bridge. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly to messages.

David was absolutely fantastic. Told me everything I needed to know. How to get into the apartment etc. the apartment was lovely, very clean and even better than described. Would definitely recommend

The Ticking Room proved to be an excellent choice for a few days of peace and quiet in an attractive Dales setting. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard. Warm, comfortable and well-equipped with everything a visitor might need. The village of Cononley has a couple of nice pubs and a village stores. The trains into Skipton are frequent and there are plenty of attractive villages in the area. The Ticking Room proved an excellent base for a short break. Jayne is readily available, helpful and eager to ensure her guests are comfortable and well-informed on the local facilities.

Shola’s place was great and she is lovely and very responsive. It’s very well situated and very quiet.

This was our second time staying here and once again felt straight at home as soon as we walked in. We chose this place again because we loved it and it definitely didn’t disappoint.

Susan’s apartment was perfect for our needs — small but equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Located just a 20-minute train ride from Manchester Piccadilly, it’s a convenient base for visiting the city while enjoying the peace and quiet of a well-kept residential area. The neighborhood is charming and feels very safe. Communication with Susan was smooth, and the check-in process was easy and flexible. Would definitely recommend!

Really loved the apartment, stylish and clean and had everything we needed. Was worried about it being over the road from a Wetherspoons but needn’t have worried. It was quiet at night. Just round the corner from St Peter’s square. The only part I didn’t like was finding the Spar to pick up the key.

Very good location and a lovely introduction to Harrogate. The flat was warm and spotlessly clean. The spacious bed was very firm. Really nice to have enough space for toiletries in the bathroom. The only thing it lacked was maybe a few more cushions, for those of us with shorter legs, on the deep sofas.

Brilliant location for West Didsbury and Didsbury village also opposite the tram stop to get into Manchester. Great few days visiting family in the area.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia, casa extremamente limpa, bonita e organizada, com todos os utensílios disponíveis e funcionando para fazer literalmente o que quiséssemos. Nós sentimos em casa, com tamanho conforto e comodidade,. Localização espetacular, não usamos Uber ou transporte público para fazer nada, sempre caminhando com uma vista incrível, conseguimos ir a uma partida do City andando por 7 minutos!! Que incrível nosso período em Manchester na residência do Ryan!!! Apreciamos este momento!!! Obrigado

We had a fab 3-night stay and felt very comfortable. It was a well appointed kitchen for cooking and hosting others. Will hopefully stay again.

We had a lovely stay ahead of running Manchester Marathon. Property was very interesting with it's structure and the surrounding looked great for walking, but unfortunately we had to rest our legs ready for the run so couldn't explore too much! Very impressed with facilities and cleanliness of everything. Had a great nights sleep in the comfy beds too, always a bonus.

We’ve stayed at Kerry’s place before. It’s ideally located for transport links, places to eat, pubs, supermarket and the superb local market. We love it here. Everywhere in Todmorden is dog friendly, the park is opposite and there are numerous walks. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay, the view is amazing, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable with a great shower. Less than a 15 minute walk into Otley with a variety of restaurants and a large range of pubs. Great locations for exploring and Chevin Forest is on your doorstep.

Absolutely beautiful apartment overlooking the canal, very nice and comfortable! Comes with everything you need including a dishwasher and washer/dryer! Nice to have the jacuzzi and pool for personal use too which was a great addition! Curtis was very friendly and helpful and responsive. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone for a nice weekend away or a business stay. I will definately be back in the future.

An excellent and very pleasant place to stay, at a good price. The accommodation was thoughtfully presented, and pristine – the high standard of cleanliness was much appreciated by us. The buildings, the farm, the village and the surroundings are all wonderful and we felt most fortunate to be there. Our hosts were very pleasant too. I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.
