We had a couple days to spend with family at Clearwater Beach and found this amazing place! They are correct, 70 steps and you have white sand and amazing views! They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels! Perfect! We decided to enjoy the restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance. There were so many, but Grey Roosters's recommendations were spot on! We were looking for relaxing time and we received it! We will ne back! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay this week at Indian Rocks Beach!! The area is less congested than Clearwater while still having ample restaurants, beautiful beaches, plenty of shopping, and lots to do. Clearwater is just a short drive away with many more options as well! As far as the unit goes, it was clean, as pictured/described, perfect for families (we traveled with our 7 month old and were thankful for the included pack n play!), has an amazing (warm!!) pool, and is close enough to the beach that you can easily walk. The amenities included made it an easy stay without the need to run the beach stores and buy items to only be used a handful of times (floaties for the pool including an infant floatie, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, etc.). While the building itself has 4 units, you still get a sense of privacy (in fact most of the time we had the pool to ourselves!!). The park nearby was an additional bonus and the neighborhood is very walk/runable if desired. 10/10!!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and amazing. It was a great place to gather for our family. We loved the pool and amenities. They thought of everything!! We would love to go back!!

Before our arrival Lysette texted us all the information we needed. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Helene we couldn't come. Lysette kept us updated on the current situation so we could decide whether its safe. Cancellation was easy and Lysette was very understanding.

Great place to stay on the beach! Host was very responsive to messages. Having a beach toy closet was helpful! It is placed well with places to eat just as close as the walk is to the beach! Will consider again and recommend to family and friends!

Very cute home! The community is tightly spaced, however the beach is basically the back yard and the home is a quiet escape! We loved the beach objects and bikes to explore the area. The ocean and sand is clean and refreshing. We loved our stay!

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a large crew with us and never felt crammed. Our favorite spot was the table outside, under the house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the dog across the way, but it was never a problem. The swamp smelled a little. The location is top notch - conveniently close to resturants and beaches. We recommend staying here if you have a large group who like their privacy!

Had a great stay at Anna’s place 4 mins from the beach ! We had a group of 4 . Everyone enjoyed the layout of the home. A little space for each of us . We enjoyed a few days out ( one day in Tampa) and one full day of “ pool time “ Thanks again , everyone really enjoy your home and the area was very convenient to bounce around for some nice day trips .

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

Perfect. That’s how we would describe this home. Here is our Family Top 7 list. 1. The home was exactly as described. Several areas to sit outside and watch the water, boats and sunrise/sunset. We had breakfast outside at the large dining table several times. 2. A 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach and the home is equipped with all of the beach essentials. Easy walk especially if you have little ones or a stroller. 3. The host had a large detailed binder with everything you need during your visit. From great areas to park, restaurants and places to go. She was also super responsive. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a response to any of our messages. 4. The home was super clean and well stocked. Also very easy to get inside when we arrived. 5. TVs in every room allowed our son some downtime between outings. And each bedroom had a ceiling fan. 6. The Thermostats were easy to operate and there were plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. 7. The area is extremely safe and quiet.

This property and location were exactly what I was looking for to celebrate a 40th birthday with friends. The house was exactly as described as was the property. The 28th Street beach access was back open so getting to the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. The beach chairs, wagon and assorted toys were a nice bonus since we were all travelling from out of town. Our propane tanks were nearly empty and so that hindered our ability to cook out and enjoy the firepit on the last night as we hoped. I would recommend checking those as soon as you arrive. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap as that was not provided. Those two things aside (and only including as a head's up for future renters), this was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space and location. I would consider renting this property again if I'm in the area with a large group. Jimmy was responsive to all my questions leading up to the trip.

This property was amazing for our girls trip! So much space for everyone to have privacy, and the outside space is incredible beautiful and convenient! This place would be perfect for families to enjoy beach time together but also have privacy for down time. Amazing location with several restaurants in walking distance. You must visit the bakery - go early because they will Sell out if the beach is busy. The property is casual and inviting - not high luxury inside but updates and provides nice “Florida relaxed vibe”. We would absolutely Return to this property!

This place was even better than we could have expected. There was 8 of us staying here and we still felt we had more than enough space. The house is the perfect distance from the beach and cute restaurants/ areas to just walk around. The lower level was the perfect addition with the projector and different games that really made our trip. We spent a lot of our trip in the house due to the less than ideal weather but had no complaints because of how perfect and cute this spot was. The host was friendly and responsive which also made the experience nice. Overall would 100% recommend it, I would even stay here again!

Very clean and spacious condo. John and Danielle were responsive, friendly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Location was amazing!! Right on the beach with tons of local restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this to others and will be coming back again!!

We had the perfect stay, from the accommodations to the location, our families were extremely comfortable and relaxed! The host was courteous and communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We even brought our boat, which was an incredible touch and allowed us the opportunity to explore the area by water, as well as enjoy a quick walk to the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying her again. The beach is perfect for kids. The pool was perfect for kids. The condo is exactly as advertised. It was our second time staying here and we will be back again.

What an amazing little gem of a place!This Airbnb is small but was the absolute perfect place for our small family of 4. Newly remodeled and BEAUTIFUL on the inside. Bed was comfortable. Decor very cute. You can see the beach from the couch and kitchen. It was perfect as we have kids. They are older but we still don’t feel comfortable with them alone at the beach. Rachel’s place is so close I could send them down to the beach and see them from the house easily. We had breakfast outside at the outdoor table every morning watching the dolphins. Watched the sunset right from the porch lounge chairs every night. The other units seem to be getting renovated (likely from hurricane). The people there working were quiet and didn’t disturb our stay at all. Parking is a bit tight for this particular unit. The assigned spot is the end by a wall and some trees. In order to get out on the passenger side you have to fight the tree. Luckily, parking wasn’t full but if other units are occupie

Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back. Can't say enough great things about the location and the decor of the home as well as the PMI Clearwater host who was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Can't wait to come back.

We had an amazing time staying at Cyndi's house this past week. The house was perfect and so close to the beach. We really enjoyed being able to sit on the deck and see the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to Cyndi's place in the future.
