The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

Super schöne und große Wohung in Holzoptik. Lage ruhig mit ein paar kleinen Cafes und Restaurants aber nicht zu weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Kein Seeblick vom Balkon, aber abends ist der Blick von der Promenade aus auf den See traumhaft. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um einfache Gerichte zu kochen. Auf dem Fernsehr ist sowohl youtube als auch netflix installiert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und jeder Zeit möglich. Im Ergeschoss gibt es eine Waschmaschiene und einen Trockner, die man gegen eine kleine Gebür nutzen kann. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ein wenig Pflege würde hier viel bringen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

The location is great, lots of restaurants and coffee shops in area. The old quarter is close to every thing; also I was surprised by how quiet the area was. In addition to the above information the staff & security were very helpful !!!

Great stay. The pictures are a bit older than the current state of the apartment; however, it was clean and equipped with the essentials :) Location is a bit outside the city so if you like the calm it is a good place.

Mai was a great host. She answered all questions and concerns promptly both before check-in and during our stay. When we arrived a few things were not as pictured or promised, and she had the staff correct them faster than one would think possible. On the downside, the promised view of "All rooms feature big window with stunning view over West Lake and beautiful landscape" was not true. The bedroom window looked out over a side street that was fine. But the living room/dining area had a view of a roof directly abutting the window, with a large water tank on top and then construction. There was no view of a lake or any landscape. The noise from the construction was bothersome at times, but never in the evening, so if you are out all day it would not be an issue. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Ми шукали це помешкання після того як попереднє житло виявилось обманом. Але залишились дуже задоволені так як все було чудово. Помешкання знаходиться біля озера тож вам завжди буде де гуляти. Також це в межах 5хв від урядового кварталу, тому безпека тут на високому рівні. Таммі завжди швидко відповідає та готова допомогти. Ми прожили тут місяць працюючи віддалено і нам немає на що нарікати. Дякуємо Таммі за гарне помешкання.

From the very beginning host Nguyen is proactive in sending all the details for the checkin and even offered to arrange the taxi from the airport. Our checkin experience was seamless in the building where security guard directed us to the flat, and entry to the flat was with the pin code which host shared beforehand. We travelled with 2 toddlers and both of them were very happy and comfortable, ample space for them to roam in dining hall. Flat has all the amenities that we needed, overall the it was relaxing for the family. Host Nguyen is proactive and even helped in local travel recommendations. If you are looking for a peaceful surrounding with 20 min grab ride to old quarter, this place covers all the tick boxes.

Hôte réactif, amical et de très bon conseil ! Localisation exceptionnelle pour visiter Hanoi, tout est accessible à pied. L’environnement est très calme. L’appartement était très propre et possédait tout ce dont nous avions besoin ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci infiniment!

This airbnb was a great stay. It was in a nice neighborhood near the park with a lot of local restaurants and stores nearby. Close enough to the old quarter for site seeing but far away enough to get away from the tourism. Giao was a helpful host and very hospitable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Enjoyed my stay here, really great place for working. If you're here to be a tourist it might be a little far out for you - about 20/25mins on a motorbike to the old town. However, it worked well for me as I only went into the old town a few times a week. Nice coffee shops around, 15 min walk to Lottemart. There is an outdated review about having to wake up the guard to enter the property late at night, I was given my own remote to open the gate as I pleased. The highlight for me of my stay here was how warm and helpful the security guard and housekeeper were, they truly made my stay. Lovely people.

I have stayed with Chi a couple times already. Chi is an amazing host. They are responsive and extremely helpful. They were willing to extend my stay on a short notice and even helped me find accommodations in another location! I can wholeheartedly recommend Chi as a host and will be back as a customer next time I'm in Hanoi.

This place is the best I’ve stayed in Hanoi. It’s huge, at least 60 square meters. Big living room, clean, well organized and have everything you need. It has a balcony with Truc Bach and Tay Ho view. It’s amazing especially with sunset. Totally exceeded my expectation. The neighborhood is convenient, with a lot of good food, both local and western choices. Will stay again, when I’m in Hanoi

Hanoi was our first destination in Vietnam and we are glad that we booked our stay here with Hoai Anh’s place at the Pent Studio apartments. Our co-host Mr. Elite was extremely helpful right from the beginning and he helped us out to book our taxi from Hanoi airport too. We wanted to rent a motorbike and he even arranged for a person to connect with us for that. The place was fabulous, just like shown in the pictures, cozy and very welcoming indeed. A huge shout out to the hosts, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly, thank you ❤️ Hope to visit back soon.

Beautiful Air BnB exactly as shown in the photos very clean and tidy. Setting in the park was lovely and relaxing and the apartment was quiet. Bath was the highlight for us and the pool a few buildings down! Lots of nice restaurants and cafes in the area too. Public bus to the old quarter only takes around 35 mins and costs around 45p! Mai was a perfect host, very responsive, lovely and helpful! Would highly recommend to anyone. Our stay was perfect to end our 5 weeks in Vietnam :)

Our stay at Mai Kenny’s apartment was absolutely fantastic! The place was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore. Mai Kenny was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with recommendations. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi and would love to stay here again!

This place was stunning!!! This looks exactly like the pictures, the view is incredible from the balcony and the lights dotted around the room make it look wonderful. Betty was also a great host, very clear on how to check in, responded quickly whenever I had a question. I also mentioned me and my partner were there to celebrate our engagement and Betty treated us with access to the buildings Japanese Onsen which I definitely recommend going to for and hour or two at least. The only issue I thought we were going to have would be the distance from Hanoi as it sometimes took 40 minutes to drive in but the place and how easily accessible it is to get a grab it was totally worth it! Thank you Betty!!!

A great place to stay to get some quiet but still be close enough to the city. Ecopark is quite beautiful with lots of parks to walk along side the river. The area is super safe and family friendly The apartment wqs clean and had everything I could need, even cleaning service once a week. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. I highly recommend Mai’s place and would definitely stay here again if i’m in the area!

Våran vistelse hos Mai Kenny var superbra, stor och fin lägenhet, modern med fin utsikt. Hade kunnat finnas mer tallrikar/köksredskap men annars finns det inget annat att klaga på. Bra gym och pool, spaet är verkligen värt ett besök. Mai Kenny svarar alltid snabbt och är hjälpsam. Rekommenderar!
