This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

The cottage is set on the riverbanks of Browns River with a very sunny aspect overlooking the Kingston Beach Golf Course with beautiful views of Mount Wellington. When you walk through the front gate you feel a tranquil calmness come over you when you see the river flowing past the garden with ducks and swans paddling in the water.

Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Also recomended a secret small beach "Boronia Beach" just next street entre, only for walk acess. We are 15 minutes driving from Hobart City Centre, also we are the central base to all the toursim attractions like Bruny Island, Tahune Airwalk, Huon Trail, Salamanca Place, the Main Wharf, Mona Art Musum, Port Arthur and other good spots.

The studio is attached to the host's home and although you will have complete privacy, we are on site if you need anything during your stay. Parking is available on site.
