The house has everything you need for a family stay. It is located in the quiet and beautiful Seltjarnarnes. Location is still only a few minutes drive from downtown but without the buzz of the city. The house is on 3 floors. First floor has a big bedroom, small bathroom, washing room and kitchen. Second floor has the long living room with TV area and piano area such as shown in the photos. The third floor has a big bathroom with a shower and bath, plus 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom.

Our home is loaded with all the equipment and amenities you can think of. There is a beautiful deck and garden in the back as well as a terrace on the second floor with views over the Elliðarár-valley. Our home was fully renovated 18 months ago both inside and outside, it´s therefore like a new house. It is located in an wonderful family neighborhood which is next to a valley with walking paths and a salmon river and at the same time it is only 10 minutes from down town.

My home is a bright 160 sq. meter family house on two floors with a nice private garden and free privet parking in front of the house. It is located right in the heart of Reykjavík 101, with in a few minutes walk to shops, cafés, restaurants, museums, swimming pool and bus station and the main pick up area for day tours is located by the side of Hallgrímskirkja which is at the top of the street. It is a prime location right in the very center but in a quiet street.

Our beautiful family home is in Seltjarnarnes. It's in a nice and quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of Grótta lighthouse and very close to downtown Reykjavík. The property is a 200 m2 townhouse with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, south facing balcony, and a good south-facing yard. Our home is perfect for families as we have 4 children ourselves, so the house is child-friendly, with kids' beds, toys, dining chairs, and sippy cups.
