Welcome to your own little Hobbiton, the self - catering holiday apartment which is attached to and below the main bungalow. The accommodation is central for most tourist attractions and beaches. The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

A dedicated parking space is available on the property A 10 min drive to stunning Cornish beaches and the coastal path 10 min to Portreath Harbour and beach is the starting point for the the`Atlantic highway` leading to the golden mile of beaches at Godrevey and Gwithian. The coastal path offers walks and stunning view points along the way. Falmouth, Penzance and Newquay are easy drives from the cottage.

Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

Whether you like to walk the coast path, explore the beautiful sub-tropical gardens of Cornwall or take a stroll on a beach there’s something here for everyone. We have 11 acres of garden to share with you; a serene lake where you can sit and read a book, chickens to feed and a fire-pit where you can toast marshmallows before you snuggle down in front of your wood-burner. (Shown in last 3 photos) Close to Tehidy country park where you can enjoy lovely woodland walks. Equipped with King Size bed, and Smart TV, full WiFi. Storage on site to store bikes, surfboards etc if required and large driveway. We will be close by if you need any help, or ideas during your stay
