Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung. Luca war gesundheitlich ausgefallen, wir wurden daher sehr freundlich von seiner Familie empfangen. Bei Fragen war er jederzeit erreichbar und seine Familie ansprechbar.

Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

Quasi un peccato starci una sola notte. Appartamento meraviglioso e moderno, molto luminoso e ben arredato, con diversi parcheggi intorno e vicina a quella che è la piazza principale di Cervia, oltre a diversi negozi e ristoranti e a 5/10 minuti di camminata dal mare. Marco una persona seria, cordiale, amichevole e responsabile, oltre ad essere estremamente disponibile. Se volete fare bella figura con degli amici o con la vostra metà, consigliatissimo e se dovrò tornare in zona, non ci penserò due volte a dove prenotare!

Wonderful place to stay in Florence. A short walk from all the sights. Great pizza restaurant literally round the corner. We were a family of four for just three nights and that worked great but it does mean losing the living room sofa so any longer might have been a little bit of a squash. Would be perfect for a couple for a longer stay. Great host.

We loved our stay in Mariangelas home and could not have asked for a better host. Upon check-in, Mariangelas team was there waiting to let us in and show us around the place. Place was small but had all essentials needed and was as described in the description. Location was ideal as you are within 20 minutes of all major attractions and sites. Mariangela was very responsive and provided any assistance or recommendations needed in a timely manner. AC was great but not really needed in April. Only small complaint was the hot water runs out after a few minutes and with 2 people you need to wait a bit between each shower. Other than this, place was incredible and we would certainly stay here again! Mariangela is the best host and we could have not asked for a better experience in Florence!

Oreste host molto ospitale e gentile, l'appartamento è molto comodo e pulitissimo. Ci siamo trovati bene e lo consigliamo vivamente. Siamo stati ospiti di Oreste per passare il capodanno a Rimini e abbiamo girato comodamente le città vicine a Igea Marina. Grazie di tutto.

Grazie Marco, appartamento moderno, funzionale, in zona tranquillissima e veramente a 2 passi dal lungomare di Riccione. Siamo stati a Oltremare, all'Acquario di Cattolica e a Mirabilandia. Ottima esperienza. Grazie e a presto.

Appartamento ampio, ben pulito ed ordinato, in un'ottima zona centrale di Cervia. Giulia è un host disponibile e gentilissima.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She communicates well and responds quickly. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like on the pictures. I definitely recommend this place.

Sono stato ospite per quasi una settimana nell'alloggio e mi sono trovato benissimo. Host garbata e disponibile. L'appartamento è ben arredato con cucina e bagno forniti di tutto il necessario per rimanere qualche giorno, senza doversi adattare a quanto di solito (non) viene messo a disposizione dell'ospite. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend presso l’alloggio di Daniele. La casa è piccolina ma dotata di tutto il necessario, super calda, che nel periodo invernale è un aspetto fondamentale soprattutto se si viaggia come noi con bambini. Daniele è un host molto gentile, ci ha dato fin da subito indicazioni chiare per raggiungere l’appartamento per cui è stato facilissimo arrivare. La casa è pulitissima e con una vista meravigliosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se possibile torneremo sicuramente!

The apartment was really comfortable, and the location was great, being near enough to the station for the day trips we did, but close enough to walk to the town centre, restaurants, and other sights. Gabriele was really friendly and helpful. She met us for check in at an earlier time, and gave us a great introduction to the apartment and the city, with many helpful suggestions. Really enjoyed our stay.

L’appartamento si trova in up posto tranquillo, un po fuori della movida ma lo stesso vicino al centro. È ben arredato, con l’aria condizionata, la lavatrice e anche la lavastoviglie.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo appartamento! c'è stato qualche problema con il self check in, ma l'host è stato davvero molto disponibile ed è arrivato all'appartamento, quindi siamo riusciti a risolvere. Casa molto bella e pulita, posizione ottima.

Unser Aufenthalt in Teodorano war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft ist super schön, gemütlich und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Antonella, unsere Gastgeberin, war total herzlich und hat uns mit ihrer offenen Art direkt willkommen fühlen lassen. Auch ihr Mann war super hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem unterstützt – beide sind einfach wunderbare Menschen. Und das Beste: Antonella ist eine fantastische Köchin! Als Überraschung hat sie uns sogar noch etwas Leckeres für die Weiterfahrt mitgegeben – so eine liebe Geste! Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Parfait !!! Les hôtes sont tellement gentils, le jardin est très agréable avec sa piscine. Colorado le chien s’est très bien entendu avec notre chien 😊 Nous avons passé un très très agréable séjour dans ce logement et notre chien aussi, le propriétaire a gentiment proposé de le sortir pendant que nous visitions Florence, et tout s’est bien passé. Florence se trouve à proximité donc vous pouvez partir la journée visiter la ville. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100% !! 🥰

Unser Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie war top! Die ganze Familie ist herzlich und freundlich – wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir auch ihren süßen Hund. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist ideal – man ist schnell in der nächstgrößeren Stadt, aber auch genauso schnell in den Bergen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und perfekt für Spaziergänge direkt hinter dem Haus. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Whirlpool – perfekt, um nach einem Tag in der Natur zu entspannen. Außerdem hat uns Anna-Maria ein paar nette Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben, die sehr hilfreich waren. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful time at Anna’s villa. The place is beautifully located within an easy walk to the tram station. The villa is absolutely stunning and full of history which Anna was more than happy to talk about. Anna is a wonderful host, always ready to share tips and recommendations. She made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back at any time! :)

Traumhafte moderne Unterkunft in toller Lage. Im Haus befinden sich vier Ferienappartments, mit denen man sich den Pool teilt. Alles ist super gepflegt, sauber und modern. Auch die Außenanlage ist liebevoll gestaltet und gepflegt. Fabio und Monia sind super freundlich und versorgen einen mit Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Amazing home with a stunning view of Florence. Raffaella provided clear instructions on how to get to her house and even left us taped notes at the entrance so we wouldn't get lost on our arrival day. We stayed a total of 9 nights with two adults and two kids under ten and enjoyed every minute of it—the private pool, the stunning view, and the private backyard were all more than we asked for. Highly recommend.

Una breve fuga dal caos cittadino immersi nel silenzio e nella natura. Mauro molto amichevole e disponibile. torneremo sicuramente!
