The studio is behind the main house and is completely private and detached from the main house. It is quiet and cozy and was remodeled in September 2018. It includes WiFi, expanded cable TV, NetFlix, and Hulu on a smart TV. The kitchen has new cabinets and countertops, a farm sink, over-the-range microwave, an oven and stove, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, etc. New steel exterior door was installed is very secure. Non-smoking only.

There is a trendy local coffee shop within half a block and a supermarket and restaurants within 1/2 a mile. There is a Starbucks nearby as well. It’s close to Imperial Avenue which is one of the main commercial streets in El Centro. There is a gate around the parking lot.
