Wow, an amazing place right on Five Dock Bay. Sweeping views, magic sunrises, a clean saltwater pool, a huge dining room, a teenage retreat…it doesn’t get much better.

Beautiful Cabarita unit has great potential and for our purposes of visiting friends and relations in nearby Breakfast Point it was ideal. Mornings and evenings sitting out watching the bay were perfect and a bit of "telly slumping" on the massive and really brilliant SmartTV was just great. A few more homely touches would make it 5 star ++ and we have sent some ideas to MadeComfy. Thanks , Stephen

Very cosy home in a great location with easy access to local pubs and a variety of dining options. The availability of on-site parking was very useful. Access to the city by bus or ferry is very convenient. We enjoyed the stroll down to the ferry and the trip across the harbour. if you have mobility issues steep stairs to the bedrooms will be an issue but the rooms are very nice with views of the city and harbour bridge.

Kate and Vanessa were good hosts. They were responsive and easy to communicate. It was thoughtful of them to leave some goodies for our 2 kids. We had a nice stay. The house was clean, nice and comfortable for our family. The surrounding areas are peaceful. It’s conveniently located about 15 mins walk to the Balmain pier for the family to watch the 2025 countdown fireworks which was exactly why we visited Sydney during this peak period.

Very comfy and spacious house for a family. We really enjoyed our stay and kids also enjoyed in the pool. We had all facilities that we needed in the house. Very lovely and responsive host (Annie) and team. Would highly recommend this location for a peace of mind.

Nickie and Greg's house was perfect for our adult family of 7. It was spacious, clean and the indoor/outdoor living was wonderful. When it was cool outside, there are heaters for the back porch. The location is outstanding - walkable to everything including the ferry to take you to the center. The only caveat is that the pool at this time is unheated (not working) so if a pool is on your list, you may want to make sure it's running prior to booking. That was the only real disappointment. Although it's not listed as "heated" we wrongly assumed that it would be. All in all, however, a wonderful stay. They are great hosts!

Beautiful home. Had all we needed and more. Close to transport and easy and safe to walk around.

This was our second visit to this beautiful home. The house is beautifully appointed and feels like a really special space. Location is excellent. It's a beautiful neighbourhood and so close to Light Rail into city. This year we brought bikes and were amazed how easily we could get around, even safely into city, on our bikes. We will definitely be back.

Great Airbnb experience in Newtown. The apartment is very well equipped, and the kitchen space is excellent for cooking! The hosts were so friendly and communication was very easy and helpful, too. Highly recommended for anyone that wishes to stay in Newtown!

The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Kim was friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. Great location—close to restaurants, cafes and public transport. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay with Kathy, the area is beautiful (and although hilly) there's lots of public transport options nearby to get around Sydney. Lots of little cafe's and the main street is also only a 15 minute walk away. The house matched the description, and was very well presented. We had an issue with the front door while staying there, but it was fixed the same day. The one thing that was slightly inconvenient was the height of the shower head in the second bathroom (only being around chest height, and I'm fairly standard height) meant that shower couldn't really be used to wash hair. Luckily the shower in the ensuite was fine, so I just had to coordinate showering time with the people I was staying with. Would definitely stay again if I was back in the area

This home was a wonderful place to stay at while in Sydney. We were there for a work conference and this was only a 5 minute walk away. The cafe at the end of the street was amazing for our morning coffees ☺️ And even though we couldn’t get an early check in Pablo let us drop our bags off early while the cleaners were still there and I had medication that needed to go into the fridge. He was very accommodating. It was easy to get Uber’s to and from the house when we needed to go further into the city and the rain meant we didn’t want to walk 👍🏻

We had a great stay. The location is great - very walkable to local cafes and gardens. The house is as described with a renovated kitchen and bathroom. There is plenty of space to spread out. Josh is a great host with clear instructions and helpful local recommendations. This felt like a home away from home.

Perfect location, easy uber ride into the city and Sydney Olympic park. Hosts were very responsive.

Rod was very quick to respond to my questions and offered great recommendations for things we wanted to do in the area. The house was perfect for our group of five adults. We enjoyed sitting on the kitchen patio (one of three available) for coffee/tea, dinner, and playing cards. Only thing that would have made this accommodation nicer would have been air conditioning. Thank you, Rod, for being such a gracious host!

This was our first experience with AirBnB and what a wonderful introduction to such a great service. Janine was not only helpful and responsive as a host but made us feel right at home. Her place was exactly as described, we found it to be a little oasis in a big city. Excellent location close to shops, restaurants and public transport, simply parked the car and forgot about it for the duration of our stay. Thanks again Janine and AirBnB. 5 stars.

The place is excellent for family. The house is easy to find, furniture and fixtures are very clean, surrounding is excellent, the host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Jenny’s place in Marrickville is wonderful. Very spacious for or extended family holiday. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable to relax in at the end of the day. Jenny responded quickly to my questions and was very accommodating.

Wonderfully cozy house in Balmain. Close to the shops, transport, and pubs/restaurants. Everything was clean and tidy and worked just fine. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Felt right at home at the apartment! Host was really responsive, friendly and helpful with our requests! Highly recommend for families to stay and will definitely miss this apartment!
