Licinia is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The cabin was as described. The deck overlooking the river is relaxing and a great place to chill out. The location is quite close to the Wasaga triathlon so a good spot for participants.

Licinia’s place was amazing. Located super close to the beach, clean, peaceful with a water view and fireplace. She is also very friendly and gave us some recommendations and tips to make the best out of our stay. We will come back!

Licinia was the perfect hostess. She was pleasant and friendly, making sure our needs were met. At the same time, she gave us our privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed eating the picnic lunch that we brought, sitting on the dock alongside the Nottawasaga River. - entertained by the geese and the ducks, as well as the various watercraft. The beach was just a short walk across the street in the opposite direction of the river. Although it was too windy to swim, the crashing of the waves was a wonderful sound to hear. The cabin was cute and cozy - all the space that we needed. We enjoyed using the gas bbq on site for dinner - there was even an outdoor cook sink and prep area. Our evening was topped off with a bonfire afterwards. We don’t live far from the Town of Wasaga Beach, but we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway and will most definitely return. We look forward to seeing Licinia and her lovely family again.

Yaro was an exceptional host! Always quick with his responses. The place is a shared lot but we always felt comfortable and had our privacy at all times.

Дом находится в уединенном месте - обязательно нужна машина. Вокруг поля и чистейший воздух. В доме было все, что нужно для длительного комфортного пребывания, от зубной пасты до средства для мытья полов. Я чувствовала себя как дома. мебель подобрана специально для этого дома: нет никаких старых вещей или полотенец. Особенно важно - это отдельный гостевой дом, а не подвал, как большинство сдаваемого жилья за эту цену. Когда я буду в Торонто еще раз, я непременно буду оставаться только тут.

From before we even got to Kara’s she was a great host. She reached out to get some information on our stay and a few details of our Dog who was travelling with us. We crossed paths the morning and she and her husband came over to introduce themselves and meet our dog, they were very respectful of our space and we really never saw them even though the guesthouse is location on their property. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning. The guesthouse is so very cozy, small but definitely not cramped. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the two night we were there, and the area is super close to everything you need 10 min drive to grocery stores and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

What an absolutely lovely place in an extremely quiet neighbourhood with the most gracious and friendly hosts. We were in town to play in a pickleball tournament so getting a good night's sleep was key. We hit the jackpot with Gwenaele & Dave's place. The beds are so comfortable. The room darkening shades were perfect and the shower was the best! We used the kitchen every day. Everything we needed was at our finger tips and easy to find. The arrival and departure instructions were very clear. I have to say, we felt right at home here. After 3 days, we felt like part of the neighbourhood. Gwenaele and Dave are so friendly and respectful of our privacy. This place is worth every penny.

Windfall Cottage is a unique experience. The cottage is very cozy and tastefully decorated and we felt very comfortable and welcome. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen perfectly equipped and it is like coming home. The access to the lake and the sun deck with two kayaks are another highlight. Carol and Jonathan are wonderful hosts! The contact was consistently very fast, very friendly and above all very personal. Our inquiry as to whether the cottage was suitable for a wheelchair user was not only answered comprehensively and with further information, but the necessary aids were also provided. Such courteous support is unique and impressive. Windfall Cottage, Carol and Jonathan will remain in our best memories and we can only warmly recommend this Airbnb. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful stay at the boat house while visiting Barrie for a wedding. The location on the water was absolutely lovely! Bruce was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions and great suggestions that made settling in a breeze. Coming from Australia, I’m used to pristine beaches, so we chose not to swim in the lake as it didn’t seem very clean. However, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the water. Overall, it was a lovely experience!

The place was a home away from home. It was cozy, and the hosts were kind enough to plow the snow as well. Definitely recommended for families.

You will not regret staying here! I spent 6 weeks here while waiting to move into my own place and I really didn't want to leave. place was spotless, inside and out; it's everything described and more! Alex and his wife are lovely people, he responds almost immediately, very accommodating, and helpful! will definitely be staying here again whenever I visit ontario! Thank you Alex for making me feel at home!

Nojan was a great host, very responsive.

Easy self check-in and had a comfortable stay. Easy access to transit just less than 10 minutes walk to Viva bus on Yonge that goes south to connect to Toronto's TTC. Also close to highway if traveling by car. Host is quick to communicate. Accomodations had everything as described with spacious living area. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was easy to get into the place and all the accommodations were there. 10/10 would recommend and would come back again 😊

Nous avons adoré la maison très bien organisée pour famille nombreuse. Très jolie et propre, elle est située dans un coin tranquille tout près de la plage. Une plage exceptionnelle, très propre et eau chaude! Bel endroit à découvrir. Seul petit point, le bois n’est pas fournis pour feu de joie, mais pouvons s’en procurer dans les commerces avoisinants. Merci à Carol, une hôte adorable que nous avons beaucoup apprécié!

Chantal was very responsive and easy to deal with. Her place was immaculate and very beautifully decorated. We all felt right at home there and the price was great. There wasn’t anything that was left out; there were even snacks left out for us on arrival. Thank you so much for helping to make our weekend a memorable one ☺️

Had a great time here with 9 of my friends. The description and photos are very accurate. Michael was a super helpful and responsive host. The field in the photo was too small to set up a volleyball net we brought, but Michael showed us another field on his property that was just the right size. Hot tub, pool, and sauna were the highlight! Would totally go again with a medium sized group
