L'immenso giardino della casa di circa due ettari è un'enorme terrazza panoramica privata da cui si gode di una vista mare unica. La piscina, attrezzata di lettini e ombrelloni, vi riempirà di voglia di trascorrere intere giornate e rilassarvi e a godere della pace della campagna. La casa si affitta a uso esclusivo. Casa nel borgo

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
