It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

Our house is adapted village house located in a quiet and attractive place Dražica (10 km away from Novalja in the direction of Lun). In this area you can find peaceful vacation. , 100 m away from the sandy coves, surrounded by olive trees and greenery Our house has 2 apartments ( both of them are for 4 person). Od Nacionalnog parka je udaljen 10km, od Baraćevih špilja 5km, a od Rastoka, Slunj 20km. U krugu apartmana nalazi se nekoliko restorana, kafića i trgovina, te benzinska pumpa.
