This two story loft garage is detached and is set in the back of the property 45 feet from the main house. The first floor has the kitchen and living space, then walk up the spiral staircase to the bedroom with cathedral ceiling with track lights and ensuite bathroom. I love dogs and allow them with permission first. No pets without prior approval (pet fee is min $50 per stay or $10 per day which ever is greater) My location is a short walk to Starbucks and other restaurants.

Welcome to Happy's Hideaway, a family-friendly carriage house that checks all the boxes! Our bright 2-bedroom carriage house apartment is close to downtown and 12 miles from JIA. Nestled on a quiet street among mature oaks with a saltwater pool, it is just 15 miles to Atlantic Beach (a 22-28 minute drive.) We are just off Main Street, where you can enjoy local beer, ice cream, coffee, pizza & axe-throwing! This unit is on the 2nd floor and accessible only by stairs.

Guest House is about 3-5 miles from the beach, the Naval base and the Coast Guard base. It's approximately 4 miles to Mayo Clinic. The ICW bridge is walking distance from our property. The property backs up to the woods and a stream runs through the back yard. It is very peaceful. There is a private parking driveway just for guests. Note: No pets allowed. Note: Absolutely no smoking in the house or on the property.
