Upstairs features a King Sized Bed, Full Sized Washer/Dryer, Full bath with tiled walk in shower, and a wrap around deck! There is also a smaller silo w/ a 5 person Hot Tub and a Firepit w/seating around back. The Cedar Street Silo is one of the most unique properties and an unexpected oasis in Downtown Lincolnton.

The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

"Just The Middle Bitty" is in a rural setting, among other homes with small farms, and a southern way of life, yet very close to all you need in Hickory (Right off of HWY 321). Set in the country, it is connected to a triplex apartment building on a dead-end road. The apartment has been entirely refinished on the inside with all new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, updated bathroom, and combines contemporary with shabby chic.
