K&W Ranchita

K&W Ranchita is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath, ranch-style home located 4 miles north of downtown Alpine. This home features beautiful views of Mitre Peak and the Davis Mountains with the convenience of being only minutes from downtown. With a king bed in the primary bedroom and queen beds in each guest room, and two twin beds there is plenty of space for everyone. A home office with amazing views, a spacious stocked kitchen, and a pool & grass back yard make it a wonderful place for families.

Valentine Retreat

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. Set in town on 1/2 acre, the house is 1250 square feet indoors, with additional covered 300 sq feet under porches. Outdoor fireplace is fabulous at night, morning sunrises on the porch are even better. Valentine is extremely quiet with only 150 residents. The 1920 adobe house was completely rebuilt in 2010 and is very comfortable with high quality furnishings, fully functional kitchen and a large bathroom.

"Longhorn Casita" - Pet Friendly Space w/ Kitchen

Cozy and private, the Longhorn Casita is a quaint 1950s guest house that's been recently renovated for a fresh, clean feel. Pet friendly, the back door with dog door opens to the small fenced dog yard. The vintage kitchen is fully stocked with all the needed equipment and cooking basics. At bedtime, there is room for 2 adults in the queen bed and if you don't need complete privacy (there is no door to the bedroom) 2 kids can sleep in the living room on the pull out chairs that become cots.

Blue bird bungalow is centrally located (2 minutes from downtown) & is also tucked against the foothill of the Sleeping Lion Mountain. Look out the bedroom window & see the towering rock face with the occasional mule deer & aoudad grazing on the cliff side. Blue bird is a private room that is completely separate from the main hotel and includes a fully stocked kitchen, private restroom & shower. The bungalow has the best view in the house for our world famous dark skies and star gazing.

Located in the heart of Fort Davis on a quiet side street just three blocks from State Street, Agave House was completely renovated in 2021.
