Vishwas is great host. Myself and my mom had a wonderful stay and amazing time at his place. Never felt away from home. Walking distance beach and metro station was nearby.. i would recommend everyone for this stay as it is very convenient to travel from versova to all siteseeing places around mumbai.. Vishwa is very helpful and responsive.. Tulasi didi is very friendly and sweet lady.. she had prepared chapatis for us and did all the cleaning dusting etc everyday on time.. overall amazing stay..

The accommodation was a perfect place to stay! Right from checkin to checkout, everything was smooth. Place was clean, had all the amenities as described and the host was also proactive and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay at this place.

Also , kudos to Sunita Aunty , the caretaker for maintaining the aprtment spotless clean and being so courteous and helpful in explaining all the amenities in the apartment to make the stay peaceful and hassle free. I had a wonderful stay in unaiza apartment.I came for my mothers treatment in TMH which was close to hospital,and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional hosting. The Unaiza was very proactive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure that I had everything I needed. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment.I am looking forward to book again and experience the same level of quality and service.

Varun is so thoughtful and relaxed as a host... the peace one feels being in his space!...i really enjoyed the room - spacious, non cluttered, airy, squeaky clean, well lit, aesthetic and functional. He has thought of everything, and you don't struggle at all for anything. Perfect, discreet host - the way all Airbnb should be!

Extremely warm and endearing stay. The hosts were friendly and super responsive also mentioning list of places as recos. The bnb was peaceful, calm and vibrant, a space beautifully done up to feel like at home. If I wasn't busy exploring Mumbai, I would have just loved to sneak in with a book and coffee on a cozy sofa in the bnb and spend my time admiring the cute little corners done up so aesthetically. I would love to have a place done up like this for myself sometime in the future and will probably contact Pragya ;). We couldnt make use of the art equipments coz we were always rushing to take in more of Mumbai city, but the next time, will spend more time doing some artwork ♥️. Thank you so much Pragya and Mohini for the par excellent stay. Your extra love was definitely visible in the stay and its a home away from home for me now. I missed out mentioning that as a woman, the safety of the place needs a special applaud! ♥️ Keep up the super work. See you soonest🧿♥️

Vinay's place was clean, organized and had pretty much everything you could possibly need. The two master bedrooms were massive, by Bombay standards. The third room was a little cramped, but perfect for someone would be staying alone. If you like cats, there are a lot of cats on the road in front of his house.

Great place, very cozy, has all the amenities you'll need. You'll feel right at home. Overall good value for money.

I had the opportunity to stay at Sibu's accommodation for 5 days during my trip in India. Sibu made extra sure that I had no issues checking in despite my late arrival from the airport. Additionally, whenever I had any doubts about the stay, Sibu would immediately be available to help sort out my concerns. Whether it was working remotely or relaxing at home, I was incredibly comfortable with my stay and the hospitality provided. Overall, highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Henrietta's place. The apartment is right off Carter road with wonderful eateries and a beautiful view. The place is well-furnished with all the necessities one might require during the stay. Henrietta and Captain Vaz were gracious host and were very responsive with all our needs. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bombay.

No words, it's just THE BEST! Highly recommended. Piyush ji, his wife, and Dhruv are among the best hosts I've met so far. The house is incredibly well-maintained, making it feel just like home. I had an amazing 4-day stay and wished to extend it, but they had a pooja planned, so I had to leave. I'll definitely be back!

Great location for our purposes. Lots of space for our family get together - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is a rare find in Mumbai. The host is very proactive and responsive and the services of the caretaker Babli were much appreciated. The TV, sound system and WiFi were great! The building is on a busy road, so expect small amount of traffic noise. The apartment is in an older building - it does pose some accessibility issues but there is an elevator once you get into the building.
