Every detail, from the plush linens to the fully stocked kitchen, made us feel pampered and at home. Waking up to the golden California sun streaming through the windows and enjoying coffee on the patio with panoramic views was a daily highlight. The outdoor space is a dream—lush landscaping, a relaxing seating area, and the kind of quiet that lets you truly unwind. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Whether you’re looking to explore San Diego or just relax in a serene setting, this is the perfect place. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our next trip!

House was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out went smoothly. Communication was great with the owner. Perfectly accommodated our family and location was great. We loved that Better Buzz was within walking distance for a coffee! Grocery store and restaurants also close by. Would highly recommend this rental!

We had such an amazing week for our party of 7 family reunion!!! The house was exactly as described and so well stocked with amenities, most especially books, toys, and any children’s item you could think of for your young boys. Our family had tons of fun using the pool and hot tub, we definitely utilized the wide assortment pool/beach toys and floaties as well. We had a very good time with the special treasure hunt game which was amusement for all ages. Communication was top notch and the recommendations were much appreciated and spot on. We’re already planning our next vacation here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This house was beautiful and wonderfully appointed. This is our 3rd time visiting our Marine in CA. This home was close to Oceanside Camp Pendleton ) and San Diego. Our family enjoyed the heated pool, the loft with fun pool table and all the amenities the home had. Our youngest opted to sleep in the loft which had a bathroom, large tv in wall and its own deck. It was really an unexpected fun living space! The washer and dryer were speed queen and absolutely fantastic for fast, clean laundry...I appreciated this. The kitchen cabinets were stalked full of spices and other unexpected items. It made preparing meals for or Marine and family a joy. The home had so many linens, blankets, pillows and pool towels. This Airbnb was the best appointed I have stayed at. Grocery store a block away.. fantastic donut shop around the corner too. We went to Safari Park.. 10 min away, so fun! Cristina was extremely responsive and a wonderful host. Looking forward to staying again. Thank you!

This charming two-bedroom cabin is located on the top of the hill surrounded by nature. You do need four-wheel drive if it rains or snows as it is a mile of unpaved rough dirt road up to the cabin. Once there, you are surrounded by beauty and peace. Loved star gazing at night when the weather permitted. There are neighbors who were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Ann’s place has everything you need to cook meals with plenty of extras. The two split unit heaters kept the house nice and comfortable even when temps dipped into the low 30’s outside. The water pressure was great in the main shower and gets incredibly hot (which I loved). My dogs enjoyed hiking around and exploring the nearby trails with me. WiFi worked great at the cabin. I cannot wait to come back and unwind again. Bring a book, laptop and some good hiking boots, this place is worth every penny spent.

The location was ideal, central to everything we needed, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The home itself was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy. A standout feature was the EV charger, which made traveling with our electric vehicle incredibly convenient. The hosts were responsive, attentive, and truly committed to ensuring we had a wonderful stay. We stayed at Marjorie and Dan’s house with a group of 8 that fit our two families well. The outdoor patio was great and our kids thoroughly enjoyed the orange tree. Marjorie and Dan communicated well. There was some street construction going on outside the house but the neighborhood remained quiet and peaceful at night. Had a great stay!

Our family enjoyed the time we spent at The Luna House! The house was well-furnished, with everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood that's convenient for exploring San Diego. While it may not be the most exciting or picturesque neighborhood, it's a great option for those looking for a relaxed, local vibe. Donna and Kirstin have clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and relaxing space. It was much appreciated by all of us! We would happily recommend The Luna House for a super comfortable stay!

Roci was absolutely amazing! We had a few little ones on this weekend getaway and Roci was so accommodating for both an earlier check-in / late check-out so that we would not feel rushed with the children. Roci was always responsive when we had questions, very clear with instructions, and proactive in reaching out to us so that he could do his best to accommodate. We are so lucky to have Roci as a host and would highly recommend this venue to all of our friends. The sunset view as amazing, it was a very private space so that all of our family and friends could run around without needing to go into the city. We will definitely be coming back!

Laura is a very responsible and thoughtful host. The house was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The house itself is lovely, well-maintained, and spotless. It's in a super convenient location—within walking distance to a park, restaurants, and more. Parking was also very easy, which made things even better. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Our group travels annually for cycling trips and Tim's place worked fantastic for us. The outdoor areas were a hit for our group. The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms are separated from the common areas so they are quiet. Tim met us at check in and outlined the home audio system and kitchen. We would definitely enjoy staying at Tim's for future trips.

We rented this for my sister’s bachelorette and it was PERFECT! It was decorated very beautifully and was clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barry’s place. It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to many sites in San Diego. The house was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed relaxing in the tranquil backyard - being welcomed by Barry’s sweet golden retriever, Dorry was a highlight. We will definitely return.

We stayed for about a week at Chana’s Casa. Arrival/check in was made easy with photos for guidance, the space was open, beautiful, and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the views out back and saw so much wildlife! Even a coyote! Chana and her partner were very quick to respond to any questions we had, and did so in a friendly way. As a group of four, we had plenty of space, though more may have felt a bit cramped. Sharing an Airbnb property can be a bit odd at times, but the other tenants (in the casita) were kind and we had no issues. Overall, a lovely stay with plenty of amenities and caring hosts! We fell in love with Ramona during our stay and would come back any time.

Stayed at Jessica’s place for an extended period of time. Jessica was a great host with excellent communication throughout our stay. Laundry does cost extra money (not much) but we did know this in advance before we moved in. We would certainly stay here again!
