The interior is all freshly renovated in 2020 with stylish and comfortable furniture. Covered parking is steps from the entry and plenty of quality beach gear is available for you to use anytime. Ice-cold A/C and Apple TV make relaxing inside just as nice.

Great 970 square foot, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath townhouse with slight ocean view from the lanai. King sized bed in one bedroom or two twins that can be joined to make a king in second bedroom. Snorkeling gear, boogie boards, cooler, WiFi, single dedicated parking space, bring our beach chairs to the common waterfront area and enjoy the ocean view and watch the sunset.
