Cute cottage , 1.5 miles from kenai river and 2 miles from Centenial park,one mile from grocery store,,. Fully furnished ,freezer and fridge, Wifi ,TV, Outdoor hot tub. Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft.The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for any one who might have issues with stairs that are alittle bit steeper then normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,blue tooth sound system. Ownner on call for any needs . We live in a separate apartment on the premises.

Cozy Cabin

Cabin is small, cozy and clean. Full bed and single downstairs. Ladder loft has space for 2. Pets ok with extra fee. No bathroom in cabin,a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared firepit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. Very relaxed and casual here!

The twin beds allow for a friendly getaway, or can be combined into a king sized bed for a couples retreat! We are minutes from the Kenai River and other local attractions. This apartment has everything you need to make your trip enjoyable and comfortable!

(Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.

There is parking in the heated garage with room for additional vehicles in the driveway or on the quiet street out front. The cross-country skiing in town is excellent in season.
