An absolute home away from home. Perfect self-contained accommodation, very stylish & modern and immaculately clean. Kleio is the best host who generously and thoughtfully provides lovely niceties in her home for guests to enjoy their holiday to the max. She is also very available to assist with tourist recommendations to ensure that her guests make the most out of their stay. We are so delighted to have stayed in Kleio’s ‘Superb Neoclassical House near the Acropolis’ for nearly a week… this was a tremendous start to our 10 week European adventure. Thank you so much Kleio! The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Very nice and cozy apartment ideally located in a quiet neighborhood closed to the Acropolis and downtown Athens. Katerina is a very responsive and reliable host and help made my stay in Athens smooth and easy

Great place to stay, comfortable and easily accessible near Athens’ main attractions. My only note is just to take into account that the listing specifies 3 beds, however there is one bed and a sofa pullout in the house. Nonetheless, we would stay here again!

This home was AMAZING 🤩!!! The pool, the bed so comfy, the tv in the living room was like 95 inches wide!!! It was like a movie theater!!! Had all the amenities and more!! Wish it was my home!! Great job stavros!!! Looking forward to stay again in the summer at your place! Thank you!!

Ενα πανέμορφο σπίτι, ακριβώς οπως οι φωτογραφίες με εξαιρετική αρχιτεκτονική αισθητική εσωτερικα και πολυ ομορφη αυλη εξωτερικα. Σε ενα πολυ ησυχο σημείο με πράσινο που θυμίζει εξοχή αλλα παράλληλα ειναι διπλα στο μετρό με τα ποδια. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμενο με όλα τα απαραίτητα και παρα πολυ καθαρό και σου επιτρέπει να εχεις μια πολυ ανετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλικη,εδωσε ολες τις απαραίτητες πληροφοριες και ηταν διαθέσιμη παντα. Συνολικα μια εξαιρετική εμπειρια σε ολα, το συνιστω ανεπιφύλακτα.

We just spent 2½ incredible weeks at this amazing property—honestly, it was so good we considered hiding the keys and never leaving. This place has everything you could possibly want: it’s sparkling clean, beautifully stylish, and features a wraparound balcony so enormous you could host a party for 100 of your closest friends. (But please don’t—it’s a quiet neighborhood, and the orange and lemon trees downstairs don’t appreciate loud music.) On top of that, there's an amazing sun deck upstairs perfect for tanning or pretending you're a Greek god. The management and staff are phenomenal—super responsive, helpful, and we even had housekeeping twice. Seriously, we felt like we were living at the Ritz Carlton, minus the tuxedoed bellhop. I can’t recommend it enough—but maybe don't book it when I'm heading back to Athens, because I fully plan on stealing this place for myself again. Highly recommended (except when I’m there!). Thanks again—we’ll be back soon!

Espléndida ubicación, a 10 minutos de Plaka y el propio barrio tiene mucho que ofrecer: bares y restaurantes geniales sobre todo! Apartamento cómodo, silencioso y sin molestias el fin de semana, y con instrucciones muy fáciles para llaves, agua, etc… Kostas ha sido muy amable, nos da dado muchas recomendaciones para visitar/comer/cafés y estamos encantados, si volvemos a Atenas repetiremos 100%.

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

It's my first time to rent a great place like that beautiful studio in Kapsilli . Very easy arrival from the Airport of Athens , then , woooow , what a clean and classy studio with a very competitive price . When I called Maria , just to thanks her for the instructions she sent me to check in , then she explained to me everything about the area as it exactly .. Big stores just minutes , all types of buses to get for anyplace to visit in Athens. As I'm a one of the Greece lovers , I probably will reserve it again for my next trips to Athens as its very close to all the places that I really want to visit . Maria is a great person to know , very helpful , big smile as most of the Greek people whom I really loved since long time ago when I arrived to Athens first time before 2000 , and , I still in love with Greece just today 😍 💙 💕

It is an awesome place managed by great human being. I felt I had sister in Athens and her care and communication bowled my wife and me. The place, though smaller than expectations, had all the amenities and large terrace with perfect combination of mountain, city and sea view. This is a MUST STAY place and we highly recommend...Cheers

Nous avons adoré notre séjour!! L"emplacement est parfait loin des attrapes touristes. Très propre et beau! Nous pouvions même faire du lavage. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison! Ils ont été très flexible pour notre heure d'arrivée et ce fût très apprécié,!!,Nous le recommandons à 100,% Nous avons aimé découvrir les petits restos et boutiques Il a la mer en face!! Vous devez savoir que ce n',est as du sable mais des roches! Apportez vous des souliers d'eau!!Merci énormément pour ce séjour mémorable!!!

Δίπλα σε στάση του μετρό στο κέντρο της πόλης , ευρύχωρο σπίτι με μεγάλους χώρους και πεντακάθαρο ! Αξίζει όλα τα λεφτά ! Θα το προτιμήσουμε και την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε την Αθήνα . Αξίζει να το δοκιμάσει κάποιος .

Great place, close to everything. Views from the rooftop pool were amazing. Had an issue with AC just one day as it was hot, but other than that it was a perfect stay. She was very accommodating. Thanks! 😊
