Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Lägenheten ligger nära centrum 8-10 minuter med spårvagn. Spårvagn 5 går direkt till Liseberg, Universeum, Svenska Mässan, Avenyn, Nordstan. Lägenheten ligger med Delsjöns naturreservat precis runt hörnet,med badplatser samt vandrings och cykelleder. Det finns flera mysiga restauranger och mindre butiker nära lägenheten, på gångavstånd. Ica Kvantum några minuter bort med bil ca 2 km. Kvarterskrogen Intill, Kvarterskrogen Oizo, Ölstugan Tullen Luxury Sushi, Pizza, Thai m fl på gångavstånd.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Newly refurbished penthouse apartment with very high standard. With a big enough living room to fit both a dining table and sofa this is an apartment designed for socializing. The bedroom is very cozy with an en-suite bathroom. The open fireplaces and 65" TV with Netflix built in makes this place ideal for simply chilling out and relaxing. In addition, the TV room has a custom built sofa that covers the entire floor of the room! Perfect for cuddles or nights in with friends.

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!
