Here's why: You're a 2-min walk from the cafes, restaurants, and entertainment of the Plaza. A 15-minute walk to the world-renowned Nelson Atkins museum. A few minutes by car from Loose Park, Brookside/Waldo, Midtown, and more. Plus easy highway access to Downtown, River Market, and the surrounding area. The Airbnb itself is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen in our unit was AWESOME -- complete with a gas stove. I grew up in Kansas City so take it from a native son: You can't beat this location! A+ and will definitely book again when I'm in town.

Such an amazing experience and stay with Russ and Kris! They were both SUPER sweet and welcoming and the place was cozy, clean, and was so easy to get to. Would recommend to anyone needing an Airbnb!

Great place to stay when visiting Kansas City! The location is located perfect near so much to do. Many places are walkable and others are also very easy to get to by car or streetcar. Lacie Jean’s place was clean and comfortable and just what we needed for a couple days in KC. Would stay here again!

Very clean, and a great location. It was great having the host's restaurant right next door, which has fabulous food for breakfast as well as dinner. plus they deliver.

Absolutely loved this place! It was exactly as described, and you can tell Chris put a lot of care and thought into every detail. The home was beautiful, full of charm and character. Whenever I had a question, Chris responded immediately, which made the stay even better. While it’s not within walking distance of shops or restaurants, the peaceful setting more than made up for it—and it was still close to everything we wanted to do. I’ll definitely be back!

This was such a cute little place, we enjoyed our stay so much! It had lovely decor and was in a beautiful location perfect for walking to local coffee shop. This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It was so lovely!

This place is exactly like described! We are so glad we chose this place. Exactly what we were looking for. Very convenient to Science City, LegoLand, Crown Center and the Plaza. Casey was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Jaymi’s place! The flat was very clean and comfortable with a lot of natural light. There are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance and downtown/crossroads district are a short drive away. I would stay here again.

Ashley’s place looked just like the photos, and it was perfect for my stay! The location is awesome and there are a lot restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Ashley was very responsive and proactive when communicating about check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay at Ashley’s place again!
