Die Talstation der Seilbahn zum Maiskogel und zum Kitzsteinhorn, die Skibusse, die Restaurants, Shops, Skiverleih und Depot, alles ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Langlaufloipe, ein Spazierweg und der Tauernradweg befinden sich direkt auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Im Sommer ist der Maiskogel und die Schmittenhöhe ein sehr schönes Wandergebiet für jedes Alter. Die Sommercard ist im Studiopreis includiert.

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.
