Ute finns egen avskild sittplats med grill. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns att tillgå. Lakan, handdukar och barnsäng kan hyras. Inom promenadavstånd finns flera restauranger, Ica-affär, gym, buss till Malmö, bibliotek och hamnen med ännu fler restauranger och framförallt den fantastiska sandstranden.
