Το σπίτι ήταν σε φοβερή τοποθεσία. Η θέα κ από τα 2 μπαλκόνια ήταν μαγευτική κ σε συνδυασμό με την πισίνα και την φοβερή διακόσμηση των χωρών το σπίτι φαντάζει ειδυλλιακό! Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός, συνεννοήσιμος και διακριτικός. Από τα καλύτερα σπίτια που εχω μείνει!

We had a really nice time at this flat and spent every morning and evening on the terrace, which was undoubtedly our favorite spot. The view is absolutely stunning—you can actually see the Acropolis from there! It was the perfect place to relax, although we did miss having an umbrella during the day, as it would have made it more comfortable in the sun. The host was incredibly responsive, and we felt very welcomed and accommodated throughout our stay. The double bed in the bedroom was super comfy, providing us with great sleep. However, the sofa bed wasn’t ideal for two people—it’s better suited for just one. Overall, we would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful flat, very comfortable. If I return to Athens I will for sure repeat here. The elevator for my baby stroller and the roomy living room was a life saver for travelling with my baby.

We truly had a fantastic stay! First of all, the communication with the host was incredible, quick replies, super friendly, and always happy to help, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The apartment itself was spotless and felt freshly renovated, with a lot of thought put into the details. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, honestly better than many hotel beds we've experienced. The kitchen was fully equipped with way more than just the basics, and everything worked perfectly. The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding, and there’s tons of storage space throughout the apartment. We really enjoyed the big balcony in the evenings (it’s a great spot to read or relax with a glass of wine). Even the lobby of the building was super clean and well taken care of, which added to the whole experience. We felt right at home and would absolutely come back again!

Excellent location in the heart of Glyfada! Spacious rooms and very comfortable. Steps away from great restaurants and shops!!!

The apartment is situated in a residential suburb of southern Athens and good access with the Metro into the City. Easy to find, parking good in both the little street or nearby. Safe and friendly neighbourhood. The flat is lovely and ideal for 3 or 4 people. Well equipped and homely without being cluttered. Lovely bedlinen. Kitchen is practical and we used it for small meals - but local bars and restaurants with normal prices makes too much a Temptation!

This was a great place for our family! George (who manages the home) was extremely responsive and very kind. We loved the area and the grocery store up the street was so convenient, and had amazing premade food, sushi, smoothies etc. We loved the house and the pool. Our stay was lovely. Thank you, George.

The place is great and in a quiet neighborhood. The design is very nice and minimal. Master bedroom was excellent. Overall the place was quite good and at a good price point. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend these accommodations as the area is very peaceful neighborhood, however, you are just a short cab ride away from everything. The host is the kindest and most attentive I have ever encountered. We had to extend our stay in Greece and she accommodated all our requests. Our stay was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit schönen Einrichtungsdetails, vielen praktischen Geräten und Dingen. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr schön und lauschig gestaltet, wie eine kleine Oase. Etwas näher am Strand, dann wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is in a good location, very peaceful, and has a great view. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. I never managed to use the pool because my stay was during the winter season, however, I would definitely consider renting it during the summer. The host was very friendly and responsive and helped make our stay even more pleasant.

We had a short, but wonderful day with M&M their property. The host was very communicative, and kind the facility had everything we needed, and some wonderful extras with the garden to look at in the barnyard creatures to spend time with. It’s very close to the airport. The next time we come back to this part of Greece we’re definitely gonna stay with them again.

Kohteessa oli paljon tilaa ja tekemistä sekä upea näkymä! Asunto oli siisti. Kohteen korkea sijainti vaatii reippailua, mutta ei ollut kuitenkaan mahdoton. Suosittelen kohdetta liikunnalliselle seurueelle, jos haluaa lomalla tutkailla ympäristöään ja käydä reissuilla, mutta eritoten seurueelle, joka arvostaa rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä, ja kaipaa lomaltaan rentoa yhdessäoloa. :-)

A beautiful and newly refurbished appartment with elegant and modern decoration. Very cosy and comfortable, fully equipped, good quality furniture and many extras in the kitchen, like coffee pods, jam, butter, cereal bars, water, etc. The hosts were very polite and friendly, responsive and helpful. We will definitely choose to stay at this flat again next time we are in Athens. The area is also within walking distance from the very centre, close to plenty of restaurants and bars, but also the Athens Concert Hall, different cinemas and theatres. The bus and tube stops are just a few metres away. An excellent stay!

Wir können uns den begeisterten Berichten nur anschließen. Constantines Airbnb ist in jedem Detail perfekt, von den hochwertigen Betten über die voll ausgestattete Küche bis zu den blitzsauberen Badezimmern. Professionell und freundlich war auch die Kommunikation mit Constantine und seinen Mitarbeiterinnen. Kurzum: Wenn ein nächstes Mal Athen, dann definitiv wieder hier!

Impeccable apartment just minutes from AIA. We unfortunately stayed only one night at the apartment before a flight the next morning. The apartment is perfectly cleaned, and all of the finish out is modern and seems brand new. We were so appreciative of how well-stocked the kitchen was. You could cook almost anything in the kitchen. The sofa bed with the trundle was perfect for our two young daughters. The AC worked great and was in the bedroom as well as the living space. The washer/dryer was so useful for us before our flight! It exceeded our expectations at every turn. Expect an incredibly clean and overly stocked apartment with everything you need.

We are Americans who came for a wedding and didn’t know what to expect. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building (has an elevator, but we didn’t use) and very quaint and clean. Afrofiti was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and worked with us to help us check-in a bit early and drop our luggage off. There’s a washer in the unit, the water pressure is fantastic, and the windows/AC units give you plenty of options for temperature adjustments. There’s a market open 7 days a week right around the corner and a 5 minute walk to main square where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back to this sleepy little beach town.

There was a slight problem finding which apartment it was in the building, but this was caused by the Airbnb site truncating the information available, omitting the lock box code and the apartment number from the photo! It was sorted out, but would have been rather stressful if we hadn’t had a local with us, with access to phone and wifi. Communication directly with Sotiris before and after was efficient and ample. The apartment was very comfortable for a 5-night stay and had everything necessary to make daily living there easy. The area is perfect: not touristy, all the local shops, cafés and eateries one could possibly desire around the square that the building faces (where there’s a playground for children), and within walking distance of the city centre, Museums such as the Acropolis and Benaki. It’s an area with a village feel, chosen by discerning relatives of ours after they moved to Athens. What better recommendation could there be?!
