A lovely attached cottage, own private garden, parking space, shared use of the main house gardens and pool looking out to sea in the heart of the South Hams. A beautiful historic house renovated with cool retro decor, super-fast WiFi, hardwired TV with Netflix in a cosy sitting room. As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. Above the large games room are 2 additional , ensuite, superking bedrooms ( without the sea views of the rest of the house.). You can find our cottage in the wonderful and unique village of East Prawle, the most southerly point of Devon. Our cottage with sea-views is on a quiet road and has one space for parking directly outside, it is a 5 minute walk from the brilliant local pub, village shop, cafe and coastal path Originally built in 1750 for the farmer’s tenants, we’ve recently restored and renovated the building (hence why it’s new to book!) You will find everything you need for a wonderful stay
