Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Renovated (Pictures of the kitchen updated), spacious and cozy apartment in a peaceful neighborhood, 5km from the center of Rovaniemi. The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. We have two bicycles for our guests.

Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.

Siisti biokäymälä. Aurinko sähköt, voi ladata puhelinta ja tietokonetta. Kaasuliesi. Ovi ja ikkunat uusittu tuvan puolelle sekä laitettu lisälämpöeristys sisäpuolelle. Voi majoittua myös talvella.
