With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

Close to bus stops to the centre of Brighton. 10 mins drive to Brighton, 20 mins to the ferry port of Newhaven and 35 mins to Gatwick.

Light and airy,self contained studio, in a perfect location; a quiet road, 2 minutes walk from Shoreham Beach. This garden annexe features a separate private entrance, sought after off road parking, a private outside seating area and safe space to store bikes or boards behind a locked gate. There are no cooking facilities but we have provided a fridge, toaster and kettle with milk, tea and coffee. The walk in shower allows you plenty of space to unwind after a day on the beach.

The Stables Lewes
The Stables is a charming two bedroom cottage in walking distance of historic Lewes and a handy pub. It's two double bedrooms are both ensuite and one can be changed to provide twin beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and washer dryer. The Stables has a private patio and across the lane, the South Downs stretches to Glyndebourne. We always provide refreshments for your arrival, and can add a breakfast hamper for an extra charge.

Spacious, self-contained, well-equipped, one-bedroom garden annex in a quiet part of Lewes. We are 15 minutes’ walk from the town centre and Lewes station, and 5 minutes to the South Downs. Lewes is a vibrant town with an interesting history and close to Brighton. Our refurbished annex is perfect for relaxing, exploring the local area, visiting family or whilst travelling for work. It has a light, modern feel, and generously-sized rooms.

The Haven
The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
