This thoughtfully converted cottage aims to provide you with all the comforts of a loving home, but with an abundance of style that lets you know you’re being treated somewhere far away. The property is split up over three floors, with a bespoke kitchen diner on the ground floor, an open plan living room with window seats, a log burner and a modern tv for relaxing, then the top floor provides the bedroom with large en-suite style bathroom that’s quirkily decorated to offer a truly unique stay.

The Bedsit is attached to our beautiful Victorian family house, only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kendal, hidden from sight within its own grounds, with a stunning garden. It has plenty of private parking and is only a short walk from the station - an ideal base for exploring the Lake District. The Bedsit is a private apartment, accessed through my costume workshop. We enjoy hosting visitors from all around the world, hoping that they will feel comfortable and welcome during their stay.

Nestled within the heart of Kendal town centre lays Grosvenor Cottage, with a variety of shops, cafes and pubs on it's doorstep. The cottage is a stone's throw away from The Lake District which can easily be accessed by car, bus or train, the local stations are a 5 minute walk away. A location fit for those wishing to explore the Lakes, whilst also experiencing Kendal's town centre. An allocated parking space is provided directly outside the cottage for convenience.
