Western rustic 3 bedroom, 2+ bathroom home on a working horse ranch. Near Hwy 395 at the base of the Sierras. The views are incredible. The fresh air even better. Each room has it’s own AC unit for our guests’ comfort. Private entrance. A bunk room can accommodate additional guests for an additional fee. This property is 1 mile up a dirt road. The road can be steep and bumpy in places . We have had over 1200 people up here with no problems. This is just a disclaimer, so you are aware before you book. Bright and roomy newer 34 foot fifth wheel with four slides that sleeps 4 comfortably. Full-size kitchen as well as bbq area. Propane fire pit set up to take in the great views, or stargaze.
