Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Leafy Cabin Haven

Escape to our newly refurbished, air-conditioned and private detached cabin. Longer stays welcome. A tranquil haven perfectly situated in Iffley Borders: a 12 minute bus ride into Oxford city centre, a 10 minute walk to the river and within easy access to the ring road. The cabin has its own private entrance, patio, and section of the garden. Inside, the cabin is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and convenience. Fully equipped with its own kitchen, TV, power shower, washer/dryer.

Oxford Beehive Studio with free off street parking

This comfortable cosy self contained studio annex is located 2km from Oxford city centre. Adjoining the owners home, it has off street parking and a separate enterance. There is a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster in the room, but not a kitchen. Private en-suite with shower. The owner offers laundry service on request. There is fibre WiFi and smart tv with Netflix and a study space. It is a 2 minute walk to CO-OP, post office, chemist, pub and bus stop. Bus 35 into Oxford takes 15 mi

The Emperor's Cottage: Country Escape near Oxford

This is an integrated living space and partioned bedroom with en suite bathroom. The amazing fourposter bed was purportedly once used by the last Emperor of Vietnam. Other quirky exotica from the far East, make for an unforgettable ambience. We call it "The Emperor's Shack". It is separate from the main house with total privacy. French doors open onto a private patio with views of the garden and fields beyond. Guests are welcome to use a small basic annexe kitchen in the main house.

Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

Oxford Country Cabin

A peaceful country setting just 10-15 minutes away from Oxford centre. Set in the unique & tranquil Boars Hill area, hidden down a quiet forest lane. Oxford station is a picturesque and quick 5.6km cycle or hike away through the Oxfordshire countryside. Surrounded by beautiful trails plus some wonderful pubs to enjoy such as the Farmers Dog just 30 mins away. A 1 bedroom cabin with a sofa bed, providing space for 4 guests plus a garden with outdoor dining. We hope you like our cabin!

Silvertrees lofthouse

A self contained flat situated in the woodlands of Bagley Wood with free driveway parking. Surrounded by trees but a 20 minute cycle from the centre of historic Oxford. Perfect for commuting to the local Oxford science/business parks or a base for a weekend getaway exploring the woods and historic Oxford. A 15 minute walk to the local village of Kennington which boasts a host of eateries and a historic pub. Surrounded by woodland and further walks to the beautiful banks of the Thames.

The Garden Room

Large (30 sqm) self contained quiet room on ground floor rear of well appointed house with king-size bed, shower / toilet, kitchen and garden. Close to shops, frequent bus services into central Oxford, and a few minutes walk from river Thames / Isis and parks. Popular pubs, cafes and restaurants are on nearby Magdalen Road. The Garden Room is reached by side entrance with coded gate and motion activated lights. Parking on driveway or street. Garden awaits further tidying. See photos.

Walk/cycle along the river to Oxford by beautiful meadows. * Please note * Oxfords congestion charge is £5 a day. Avoid charge - use the ring road to my apartment. Our Park & Ride is Redbridge - walkable to the apartment. Or park here and catch the 35 bus to the City, 5 mins walk to the stop. For earlier check-in /later check-out just ask. We do not accept children under 12 or pets.

Garden studio with driveway parking

Cosy, well-equipped studio located at the end of our garden. Complete with kitchen and shower room. Suitable for short or medium length stays for you to enjoy Oxford! Driveway parking available for one car. EV charging (Type 2 7.4 kW) available, just let us know! Just a few minutes walk to the bus stop that is a 10-15 minute journey to Oxford City Centre. There is a bus direct to Oxford Brookes University also. Even closer is Cowley Road, home to some amazing restaurants and bars.

The Studio House

This incredible modernist studio in Oxfordshire was initially designed in the 1960s by the renowned architect Philip Dowson of Ove Arup and Associates. This studio belonged to the sculptor Franta Belsky, known for creating large-scale abstract public art and iconic statues and busts of notable 20th-century figures, including Winston Churchill and members of the British Royal Family. Many of his original works are still housed in the studio.
